I barely had time to process it before our U21 coach, Wayne Burnett, called me over.

HOTSPUR WAY – SENIOR TRAINING FIELD
I walked into the changing room and felt every head turn.
Harry Kane, still sweaty from gym work, gave me a polite nod. Christian Eriksen, tying his boots, raised an eyebrow. Jan Vertonghen was silent, unreadable. And Hugo Lloris just nodded once and looked away.

Everyone froze for a second.

In the locker room, nobody said much—but I could feel the shift.
