However, the Miao Medical Pavilion is backed by "the Yao Clan," and on the fourth floor of the Miao Medical Pavilion, there is a "cauldron." If the cauldron is activated, "Famous Doctor" can get a share of Essence Food. On usual days when going to the mansion for medical practice, if lucky, one might even get some leftover food.
