"Hello, your ordered pork knuckles have arrived."
Wang Fan was still studying the recipe when a voice came from outside the RV.
He opened the door and saw a young man in his twenties, waiting outside with an electric tricycle.
In the cargo box of the tricycle was a large plastic bag filled with cleaned pig front knuckles.
Wang Fan thanked him, then effortlessly lifted the plastic bag into the RV.
The young man gave a thumbs-up in praise, "Brother, you're strong! These knuckles weigh about a hundred pounds."
Wang Fan laughed, "It's all from working out."
The young man said, "Please weigh it. If it's all good, I'll head off."
Wang Fan waved his hand, "No need, the feel is just right."
The young man took out a notebook and handed it to Wang Fan. After writing his name on the confirmation slip, Wang Fan returned it, and the young man rode off on the electric tricycle.
Back in the RV, Wang Fan single-handedly lifted the over 100-pound pork knuckles into the kitchen.
