Trafalgar Law's ROOM could swap positions instantly using spatial abilities.
William's Time Domain used a different method, sending each enemy to a slightly different future time so that, from their perspective, William had "teleported."

Even in its early stages, William's version of the ability could forcibly banish targets—unless they had advanced Haki.
It was like the Barrier-Barrier Fruit: its potential is already high from the start.
Most people can't break the barrier, even with Haki.
Only top-level users with the most refined Haki can counter it.
The same goes for time banishment, most current powerhouses can't resist it.
In fact, it was even more advanced than Law's Op-Op Fruit.
Enemies that Law couldn't move with ROOM might still be banished by William Weltz.
The Op-Op Fruit has many abilities, versatile, but not focused.
In contrast, the Time-Time Fruit is pure and advanced.
