Chapter 439 - LOD Chapter 436: "Abomination" Astolfo

Audrey reached into the special spatial pocket Susie was carrying and took out a crystal ball that shimmered with brilliant light in its purity.

With a gentle swipe, after removing the spiritual seal covering it, the points of brilliant light within the crystal ball grew brighter and brighter, as if the night Cosmos had cast its reflection.

"Knowing you were coming, I've always wanted to prepare a gift for you. Your next Sequence seems to be an 'Astrologer,' so you should be able to use this crystal ball."

Audrey stroked Evelina, who was elegantly perched on Susie's head, and handed the crystal ball, which was clearly a Mystical Item, to the eager Avonie.

Avonie giggled as she took the crystal ball, her eyes darting around, and the corners of her mouth turning up slightly:

"Thank you, Sister-in-law. Hehe, my brother said I can go to East Chester County with you this time."

Noticing Audrey's surprise, Victor Abraham, who was not far away, cleared his throat at the appropriate moment and slowly added:

"This is indeed the Duke's intention. I will be in the shadows, along with the Church of Evernight, responsible for security."

The smile on Audrey's face slightly receded as she understood the meaning behind the Demigod's words: someone did not want to see her, or more accurately, Earl Hall, return to East Chester County smoothly.

Feysac people? Or…

Audrey glanced at Fors and Xio, who were listening in nearby with their ears perked, and did not dwell on the topic. She nodded gently:

"My parents and two older brothers are still in the banquet hall. They should be very happy to see you."

She then gave Susie a look, and the golden retriever immediately understood, wagging her tail, vibrating the air, and using very standard Loen aristocratic pronunciation:

"Woof, follow me!"

Avonie nodded obediently. Still having a child's mindset, she was still immersed in the joy of being able to travel alone. She followed Susie towards the door, and Victor bowed slightly to Audrey before his figure faded and disappeared.

The empty villa returned to silence. Audrey did not set up a Spirit Wall. Using her Dreamwalker ability, her slightly smiling voice directly appeared in Fors's mind:

"Good evening, Fors, or should I call you Miss Magician!"

Backlund, atop the towering Gothic clock tower.

Aaron, whose figure was shrouded in a layer of shadow, withdrew his gaze from the magnificent, layered palace complex not far away. That was the highest elevated area in all of Backlund, and where the Loen royal family resided.

"You mean, Hvin Rambis's true body is in Sodela Palace?"

A baby wrapped in silver silk appeared on the "Bell of Order" beside him, its slightly tender voice carrying a hint of dissatisfaction:

"Please do not question the judgment of a great Snake of Fate. The trajectory of destiny points there."

Aaron nodded with an indifferent expression, not too disappointed. Hvin Rambis was, in the end, just a slightly stronger ant. It would naturally be best to kill him simply and decisively, but now it would probably require the power of the Church.

As he was thinking this, he suddenly looked up, only to see the Crimson Moon in the sky suddenly become extremely enchanting. It was no longer merely a full moon; it was closer to a Blood Moon, or even surpassed it.

Deep within his reddish-gold pupils, dark golden mist surged. Aaron directly looked at the invisible barrier that separated the Earth's corresponding Astral World regions and the complete Astral World, the entire Cosmos.

A terrifying, indescribable phantom was pressed against that transparent, fractured barrier, like a gigantic, dark brown tree cast from petroleum. But that incredibly massive figure obscured the other constantly twinkling stars in the deep Cosmos.

Unspeakable spiritual power thus emerged, and an eerie, profound aura, accompanied by an angry, terrifying roar, faintly permeated through the barrier formed by shimmering light.

Miniature, blazing Suns and planet-destroying lightning storms rose simultaneously from illusory kingdoms in different parts of the Astral World, annihilating all the Evil.

A low groan interrupted Aaron's gaze. He withdrew his gaze from the Astral World and looked at Will Auceptin, who had suddenly started cursing beside him, frowning and asking in a deep voice:

"What's wrong?"

"It must be an early birth, it consumed too much of my luck!" Will Auceptin's adorable face was scrunched up at this moment, and he mumbled, somewhat listlessly, "Your Messenger is about to revive, and her state seems to be off. Hmm, I suffered a backlash from destiny, so I won't be going with you."

After speaking, he decisively disappeared. If he were a Snake of Fate in his prime, he would naturally not fear such a backlash, but he was currently just a newborn infant.

Although he didn't know what Will Auceptin had glimpsed, after being reminded by him, Aaron immediately understood the crucial and urgent nature of the matter. Maintaining a semi-hidden state, he quickly entered the Spirit World after moving away from Backlund.

Looking at the thin mist pervading the depths of the Spirit World, Aaron's spirituality subtly surged. The "Ring of Mysteries" immediately rippled with faint light, and he easily entered the Historical Void.

The Abomination characteristic Astolfo chose to digest and absorb during his slumber was the one hidden in the core area of the War of the Gods ruins, originating from the great catastrophe of the Third Epoch.

In other words, it was a pure characteristic that had not been eroded by the Mother Tree of Desire. This was also the reason Aaron initially allowed Astolfo to slumber and recover alone in the Historical Void.

Using the special connection of the Messenger contract, Aaron quickly located the Historical Void that had been eroded and "corrupted" by Astolfo.

Just as he was about to pinpoint Astolfo's exact location, the entire Historical Void and the Spirit World outside experienced a gentle tremor, as if encountering an earthquake from a great distance.

The historical projection of the "Sun Chaser Scepter" unconsciously appeared in Aaron's hand. He watched as viscous, pitch-black liquid seeped from a lost historical fragment, from which grew many indescribable "things" that, merely by seeing them, were enough to drive Beyonders below the Demigod level wonderful.

Those were terrifying, distorted, and even materialized curses!

Feeling the undisguised malice, Aaron unhesitatingly mobilized the Nation of Disorder. A phantom world engulfed in endless dark golden mist directly enveloped this portion of the Historical Void.

In this environment, akin to a Divine Kingdom, Aaron declared with authority, as if his words were heavenly decrees:

"No curses allowed here!"

The clash between the evil aura and the Nation of Disorder was decided almost immediately. The pitch-black ocean formed by curses dissipated like mist, revealing a colossal figure wrapped in evil vines, its face obscured.

In its blood-red eyes, pain and madness were suppressed, its sanity like a lonely boat in the sea, ready to capsize at any moment.

Even with the suppression and restraint of rules, that terrifying pressure was constantly manifesting. This was a Sequence 1 Abomination!
