Dinner was an almost surreal affair. Despite having one less person to talk to, the atmosphere was much more cheerful.
Irielle was not someone who was silent and hesitant for long. She kept moving around, piling more and more food on Kana's plate the second she noticed the plate was empty. Even when Kana was full and gestured for Irielle to stop, the female did not do that.
Instead, she piled up more food until Kana physically could not handle anymore and had to push her plate away.
"What's wrong? You hardly ate anything? Are you feeling sick?"
Irielle asked with a concerned look on her face and somehow, Kana's instincts told her that Irielle was serious when she asked this question.
'This little…just how much does she think I can eat?'
Kana's mind felt like it was in turmoil over what to think but thankfully, her mouth was much more civil in this regard.
"I…am done. I don't think my stomach can handle any more food."
