The storm also unleashed terrifying creatures called Dogmas, which many believe are a result of failed mutations triggered by the storm.
Neo Opus was seen as a transformative event for the world. While some people are fascinated by this new species of humans, many others are pretty freaked out, creating a tense divide between the Peculiars and the Normies (the rest of society).
Scientists insist this was a one-time event and are diligently researching its effects to ensure public safety.
Meanwhile, in Los Te'pan, a domed city powered by Luminix, the Cura Supernorum works to regulate Peculiars and maintain order. Apexion, their corporation partner, handles the mining and distribution of the mineral source that powers the city's technology and infrastructure.
