"Can I see him now?" The omega asked, hopeful.
The doctor nodded. "You can see him now. I've kept him on sedatives so he can recuperate so try not to make too much noise when you go in."
"Thank you," Junghwan said. "When is he going to wake up?"
"The sedatives should wear off in a few hours. He'll be awake by then."
"Can I go in now?" Jihoon asked, impatient. He badly wanted to see the alpha.
The doctor smiled. "You can see him now."
The omega immediately ran into the room, closing the door behind him.
Junghwan looked at the doctor, gaze turning serious. "How bad is it?"
"The surgery was barely a success. We almost lost the patient," the doctor admitted, a solemn expression on his face. "The metal punctured an artery but for now we are monitoring his vitals."
The alpha sighed. "Is there anything we can do? Should I have him transferred to another hospital?"
"That will only put a strain on his condition. I advise you leave him here."
