Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: The Omen

The moon hung low in the sky, casting an eerie glow over the castle walls. The red moon, a sign of great change and upheaval, seemed to pulse with an otherworldly energy. In the midst of this ominous atmosphere, Aria's mother lay in her bed, her body straining to bring forth her child. But complications had arisen, and the doctors were growing increasingly concerned. Aria's mother, however, seemed detached from the turmoil, her gaze fixed on the window as if watching the moon's dark magic unfold.

In the shadows, Aria's father stood tall and imposing, his black hair slicked back to reveal his chiseled features. His dark eyes, like an abyss, seemed to bore into the doctor's very soul, his aura radiating an aura of death itself. The mother and father were deeply in love, and their bond was palpable in the air. Aria's father felt both anxiety and anticipation, knowing that this was his heir, his child, his life. No fool would take that from him.

"The child is a girl," the doctor stammered, "but there are... complications." Aria's father's gaze narrowed, his eyes flashing with anger. "The red moon signifies the birth of a conqueror," he growled, his voice low and menacing. "One that will drown the world in red. I will not have my child's destiny thwarted by your incompetence."

The doctor cowered, his hands shaking as he tried to tend to Aria's mother. "I-I assure you, my lord, we will do everything in our power to ensure the child's safety." Aria's father's expression twisted into a snarl. "See that you do. I will not be disappointed."

As the doctor nodded frantically, Aria's mother turned her gaze to her husband, her eyes flashing with a fierce inner light. "The child will be born," she said, her voice low and husky. "And she will fulfill her destiny, no matter what you may think." The air seemed to vibrate with tension as Aria's father turned to his wife, his eyes blazing with a mixture of anger and anticipation.

The red moon shone with an ominous glow, its crimson light casting an eerie pallor over the castle, as if waiting for the child's arrival.
