Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: Initiate the Plan

"A secret spell?"

Campione Hajime's eyes widened slightly.

"Don't tell me... he taught you that ultimate spell?"

"Exactly."

Fairy Tail Hajime nodded.

"I've now mastered [Fairy Law], one of Fairy Tail's three legendary grand spells!"

"Fantastic! That gives us a powerful trump card!"

Campione Hajime was thrilled.

[Fairy Law] — one of Fairy Tail's three great magic spells, a legendary level super-magic. It judges all those the caster sees as 'enemies' and destroys them with divine light.

The stronger the caster, the more devastating the effect.

Even when used against Heretic Gods, it should work exceptionally well.

He even thought:

Could Ultraman use this spell?

After all, it's a light-based attack—shouldn't be a problem, right?

Thinking this, he clapped his hands.

"Alright, alright. Are you two kids or what? Enough playing, it's time for business."

Hearing that, the two flying light orbs stopped zooming around and transformed back to human form.

"Now it's my turn to shine!"

Tiga Hajime said, still reluctant to stop.

"Relax. When I return, I'll be the Ultraman who protects Earth!"

Now that he had the ability to become light, he was full of confidence.

"Hold it!"

Campione Hajime raised a concern.

"Even if you can become light, don't get careless. Tiga's first appearance had two monsters. If you're unfamiliar with how Ultraman fights, you could still get beaten up."

"Good point," Fairy Tail Hajime added.

"Also, there are three statues inside the pyramid. If you pick the wrong one and don't fuse with the Tiga statue, the giant you awaken may be weaker."

In the Tiga universe, there's no M78 Nebula or Ultra Empire—only ancient giants and dark giants.

According to official lore, Tiga was the strongest among the ancient warriors.

If Hajime merged with a different giant's statue, the resulting power would likely be inferior.

"If you become a weaker Ultraman and Daigo can't transform due to the altered timeline, you might be in serious danger facing two kaiju alone," added Danmachi Hajime.

"Good call," Tiga Hajime nodded seriously.

"So, when I turn into light, I must make sure I merge with the strongest—Tiga's statue."

"Also, if possible, I should help Daigo awaken one of the other two giants. That way, we can fight together."

Daigo had the gene of an ancient warrior, not necessarily Tiga's.

So he could potentially awaken any of the three statues.

If Hajime gave him a weaker statue, he could still gain a reliable ally early on—and their chances of survival would improve drastically.

"Sounds good," Campione Hajime nodded.

"But... you're stealing Tiga's statue from Daigo and then dragging him into the fight to help you... doesn't that seem a little scummy?"

Tiga Hajime replied calmly:

"Immature thinking. We're fighting to protect Earth and humanity. Are we really going to bicker about something so petty?"

"Perspective, gentlemen. You and I are the same person—yet your vision is so narrow compared to mine."

He sighed, striking a noble pose like a lone sage misunderstood by the world.

"Pfft! If we weren't the same person, I might've actually believed you!"

Danmachi Hajime rolled his eyes.

He wasn't evil—but he never pretended to be a saint either.

Sure, he'd fight for the world if needed—but claiming it was his life philosophy?

Even he wouldn't believe that.

"Believe it or not, I'm sold on it," Tiga Hajime shrugged.

"Alright—everything's prepared. Just wait for my good news!"

After confirming the plan had no major flaws, the others nodded.

"Stay safe!"

"Stealth is king!"

"Come back in glory!"

With those words of blessing, Tiga Hajime waved goodbye and exited the fog space.

Tiga Ultraman World

As his consciousness returned, Hajime blinked and saw the familiar TPC base.

"Commander, what are you doing here? The captain just called for a meeting!"

It was Daigo, a Victory Team rookie, greeting him respectfully.

Hajime was not only a senior officer in the Victory Team—he was also the one who supported Daigo's induction into the unit and mentored him heavily in the early days.

So Daigo deeply respected and admired him.

"Oh? Megumi called a meeting?"

Hajime was a bit surprised.

"Is it something urgent?"

"Megumi…"

Hearing Hajime's informal way of addressing the captain, Daigo's curiosity was piqued.

Is there something going on between those two?

They'd both been single for years, and had known each other for a long time.

A little spark wouldn't be surprising, right?

Still… he didn't dare ask directly.

He just pretended he hadn't heard.

"It's about that ancient relic, suspected to be from a super-ancient civilization.

We've managed to decipher most of the message it projected!"

Daigo's expression lit up with excitement.

He didn't know why, but his instincts told him:

That message is true. Whatever it says... it matters.
