Prologue
The Earth had flames going in and out its mana was finally awaken and this changed the earth, it turned it's habitants into monsters It turned simple domestic animals into beasts and some humans into Drapires (Which were part vampires and Dragons) This three formed three different organizations or confederal entities Humans were known as the united human's development congress(UHDC) The beast's were called the beast congress (B.C)and the Drapires were called the Drapire union(D.U).
This, three entities were at constant war with each other to the point that the humans were almost destroyed, this was until the system came falling to the earth as form of meteorites which turned the tide of the war to a stalemate to make sure that it never happened again they all agreed with treaty stating:
"We the three organizations governing the world have finally come together to make a truce with each other we are supported under these three laws of no retaliation, no nuclear or beastrium (A new element found some years ago and can hence stop the system for working) no possession of any nuclear nuclear treats. But if any of the three of us governing bodies break the code and attack the other body or bodies should attack as they which" This treaty or law was turned into a decree by military facto leader Aliz Rodriguez in the beast congress but died at age forty and his power was passed to his incompetent vice commander, his younger brother Rutiz Rodriguez who made war with the Drapires and lost the following lands, which were Japan, Korea, Southern Africa and China, leaving his territories as India, Russia, Northern part of Africa and Romania.
The Human's were ruled by 7 different families first was the phoenix family headed by Alfred, next was the Windsor family headed by Boris king of England next was the Degraso family headed by Theodore, next was the Kingston family headed by Nathan (age 16) next is the Will's family headed by Sabastian (age 22) next was the Darwin family headed by Claire and lastly the Moore family headed by Raya (age 13)
The Drapires are aristocratic in nature they are also democratic in nature having a president to rule them but vote is done by the minority (Major people in power) than the majority. The majority have a fixed population of 3.16million but this can be increased by the law of the president, they have a life span of 206 years and at the beginning of their formation till now they have only elected 3 president Arad, Vani's and Chrondia this three except for Vanis and Chrondia was assassinated.
