He indeed wanted to take a bath but he never said he wanted to take one alone. Initially Black was thinking of going to search for his beloved Maids to see if they were busy or not and if not!.
Than ask them for a bath or he might have simply dragged them to his bathroom since he for sure knew there is no way his three beautiful maids would ever reject him instead they would be more than happy to comply!.
Even if he simply suggested the idea of him wanting to eat them out as nothing but a mere joke there answer would still be yes.
And color him surprised when He suddenly met Wix just half way through his maid hunting journey. Therefore how can Black let her go now since he indeed was dying to have a taste of this wolf before him as his little serpents suggestive whispers were still fresh in his mind.
