"We're moving to fieldwork," he said flatly. "Each of you will join a Pro Hero for a week-long assignment. It's part of your practical development."
The class buzzed with excitement. Uraraka bounced in her seat. Midoriya clutched his notebook. Bakugo smirked.
Ron sat calmly, leaning back with arms crossed.
Aizawa continued, "Agencies have requested students based on performance, potential, and—" he glanced toward Ron— "power."

"Looks like the number one hero's curious," Ron said with a smirk.

The building loomed tall in the city center, glowing red under the sun. Ron entered the top floor office where Endeavor, stern and silent, stood by the window with arms crossed.
"You're the one with the copy quirk," Endeavor said without turning around.
Ron nodded. "And you're the one whose fire I already use better than you."
Endeavor turned slowly, his eyes flaring.
"You're cocky."
"I'm powerful," Ron replied. "You called me here. Not the other way around."
The tension sizzled—fire meeting ice—but Endeavor eventually grunted.
"You'll patrol with me tonight. Let's see what you really are."

They walked the rooftops in silence. Then screams echoed through the streets.
Nomu.
Three of them—black, monstrous, and wild—were rampaging across Hosu.
Endeavor leapt into battle. Ron followed, fire blazing from his right hand and ice from the left.
He punched one Nomu directly and touched its skin mid-hit.
