A new kingdom was formed, a kingdom where demons and witch's were in close alliance, they divided the kingdom and ruled mercilessly. The people where forbidden to leave the kingdom, and anything heard within the palace walls was made sure it stayed within the palace.
The wife of the demon chief was pregnant and bore a son, but he was different a stark contrast to the regular demons, he didn't have horns or red ugly skin, he was beautiful even more beautiful than the witch queen, he was delicate, fair and had white hair like the humans, his eyes shined brighter than the sun.
His birth sparked gossips within the palace but non dared to confront the chief. He strictly forbid any topics about his son and told the midwife to spread news that his heir had been born and let the village go into celebration. It was a birth the people heard of but was never seen apart from people within the palace, he was strictly guarded from birth by Valeria, one of the strongest knight in the realm.
As at this same time zalria and Nathaniel was born, they were both witches and to strengthen the bond between the demons and the witches an agreement was made, zalria was to marry lyrien when they both came of age.
Time passed and the trio eventually became best friends, Nathaniel was loyal and respectful despite being zalria eldest brother he wasn't allowed to rule, only women had powers and we're allowed to rule, he respected lyrien not just because of age but because Lyrien was the heir and when he comes of age he would defeat his opponent in a contest and eventually became the realms chief.
They soon became teenagers and zalria slowly started developing feeling for lyrien, which was natural as they would soon become one flesh and soul . But lyrien didn't feel this way although he respected their friendship, zalria couldn't help but want more.
They usually sneaked out of the realm but this time it was different from their usually adventure.
