Arvak the loveable goofball he is wouldn't pull the carriage unless Ana was riding him but unfortunately Ana was having a hard time doing so until a voice echoed in her mind.

I'm pretty sure you already figured out it was an AU but I also forgot to say Nazarick is only the second guild to show up. Alright I'm getting sidetracked. Do you have anything to request within reason?]'
Ana realizing this is her only chance to get an adult body decided to shoot her shot. '[Ana: How about letting me switch my appearance between this, and the second ascension of Medusa(rider) via becoming spritron particles? You could also not give my adult form a timer meaning i can freely change betweenvthe two.]'
Nyarlathotep sighs. '[Nyarlathotep: Alright fine but for equivalent exchange it will drain you of all your mana for five days meaning you must rely on your other two powers you asked for which don't need mana for use. Anyways this should be the last time I bug you enjoy your new life Ana, and ome last thing you are there about 11 years before Nazarick's arrival so watch out for them. Anyways bye!]'
Now extremely excited to be an adult again especially a sexy one at that. "Alright my loyal steed go forth we must hurry our passengers must be homesick... I also find this kinda boring going so slow no offense to you Arvak but go as fast as you like as long as it's a steady pace basically go as fast as you can without letting the carriage go out of control."
Arvak seeing the green light zips off within the restrictions set. As she does that Ana sits their excited. As she was the oh so familiar voice returns. '[Nyarlathotep: Alright I promised last time I wouldn't bug you again but I swear this is the last thing. You have a randomly assigned backstory with that in mind I was supposed to tell it to you.
You are the 42nd Supreme Being of Nazarick! I'm sure you can guess where I'm going with this can you? Well the AU aspect is Artoria Pendragon Alter is your created NPC. Also would you like the memories associated with this background or backstory? I'm required to ask that by the way.]'
'[Ana: Sure give me them memories all of them!]' Nyarlathotep hearing that answer could only grimace. '[Nyarlathotep: Alright but be warned they won't be pleasant what so ever I should know i watched them. In fact i can say with complete confidence they will influence you drastically. Are you positive?]'
Closing her eyes for a moment to ponder before opening them with a resolute gaze. '[Ana: yes I am as positive as I can possibly be.]' Nyarlathotep at her laptop pressed a single key, and Ana then pretty much began to see everything of a girl named Setsuna Kazenashi who had it pretty bad was an understatement.
What was seen almost made Ana gag, and all of it happened within seconds. And she felt every single emotion in that same amount of time. 'So that is why Nyarlathotep said what she said. That was like a wave of hate, spite, despair, and hopelessness all hitting me like a truck. Like woah they undersold how bad the corruption was on Overlord's earth.'
Finally snapping out of her thoughts Ana looks up to see the capital of Re-Estize. "Well girls we are almost to your house be ready to help me get you in the city because I'm not a citizen." Finally arriving at the gate of the capital city met with less than favorable hospitality. "Woah look at the passengers first!"
The gaurds do so, and to their abject shock it was the Queen, and Princess themselves. "It's her majesty, and her highness!" The gaurd's closest to Ana look at her for an explanation.
"I simply stumbled upon them being surrounded by bandits i then slayed the bandit leader whe was the strongest causing the others to scatter like cockroaches. And the skeleton horse is a summon. The regular one was dead."
All the guards look at Queen Rela who simply nods which causes a nod. "Alright you may escort her to the palace. Argo please run on ahead, and inform the palace of the return of her majesty, and her highness. Thank you young one for saving our queen, and princess. Now then onto the rest of you get back to work!"
The gates open up, and Arvak reading the room goes slowly allowing Ana to take in the capital's bustling streets, architecture, and the lively atmosphere despite the darkness within the kingdom's underbelly. That thought causes an exhausted sigh to escape Ana's lips.
'Oh there is the castle up ahead. Took me long enough.' Arriving at the gate it is opened upon sight of the carriage allowing Arvak to pull up to the front door where King Ramposa III himself was their to welcome his wife, and daughter.
"I know your eager to meet with your family you're majesty, but you don't need to speak with me don't you atleast if you do would you allow me to show my actual appearance first?" Ramposa glad his third wife, and daughter were alive he answers rather swiftly.
"Well i doubt you'd want to do this tomorrow why not get it over with now? Or rather tonight. Absolute your other question why are you in a child's body?" With a deadpan tone Ana responds. "Well to be honest it's because my fighting styles are vastly different. Plus it's easier to wield my scythe with the body i learned to use it with."
Ramposa curious asks a completely valid question. "Are you able to do it right here? Do you need a change of clothes?" Shaking her head Ana has Arvak go into her shadow before she vanished in thine air before reappearing as Medusa(rider)'s second ascension or the one with a skirt, and no eye covering.
"Alright that should do it. I'm ready to talk whenever you are." Ramposa then nods as his wife, and 15 year old daughter stand next to him. "Alright please follow me for a cup of tea. That would feel less stuffy than a formal setting no? Oh yes this is my chief warrior Gazef Stronoff. Let us go discuss your reward."
(Small Timeskip)
"So now that we are seated in a decently comfortable. What may I give you for saving my wife, and daughter. Would money be sufficient?" Stifling a chuckle Ana looks at Ramposa with a smile before pointing at Gazef.
"I want a public duel with him so I don't got to start from scratch at the adventure's guild. And unlike other adventures i will aide you in times of war. That second bit is collateral in case i beat him. I would also request he not use Razor's Edge, and use a normal sword but anything else goes. Lastly is i need two farmer's sickles for my weapon if that is ok at all?"
Both Ramposa, and Gazef were shocked beyond belief. "My king may I speak up?" Gaining a nod Gazef proceeds. "Miss? Actually what is your name? Also why fight me? What could you gain from such a thing?" Humming at that Ana reaches out her hand towards King Ramposa who grabs it.
"Forgive this foreigner for not introducing herself. My name is Ana Foster, and to answer your other question on what I gain. You well renowned correct Sir Gazef?" Gazef nods which causes Ana to nod back. "Well apart from a fun match I wish to establish myself as strong so I can get better jobs. A girl has to eat you know." Hearing her reasoning made Ramposa laugh a little bit.
Calming down Ramposa smiles at the woman. "If my chief warrior accepts when do you want to do the duel? Also would you like it advertised?" Looking at Gazef he smiled at Ana. "Honestly I accept your duel it should be fun." Nodding Ana then looks to Ramposa.
"Alright here's is what i was thinking. You publicly say his opponent is someone who saved your wife, and daughter. Also be honest which means say this was the reward I asked for, and my reasons for asking it. Lastly is it should be in five days to build suspense." Before being able to stand up Ramposa gestures to sit.
Sitting back down Ramposa looks at Ana with a kind expression. "Before running off to sleep on the street why not stay in the castle's guest room until after your duel. What do you think about that Ana Is it alright with you?" Ana smiles softly at the king's gesture.
"Alright fine I assume you wouldn't take no as an answer anyway you might have even made a royal decree so I'd agree. So I'll bite just no gaudy dresses ok? To many frills for my taste." That made both men crack up laughing at the last comment.
"Alright understood now I'll go inform the maids. They'll be here to lead you to the room you'll be staying in when your room has been prepared. Enjoy your night miss Ana." Both then get up, and leave the room leaving Ana alone with her own thoughts.'those memories that suffering will gove me nightmares tonight.'
Looking to the moon a small smile graces Ana's lips. "Momonga was right. That goof Blue Planet would definitely love this sight no he'd probably go crazy seeing it. Anyways 11 years, and you'll be here. I can't wait my friend... Momonga." As she stares at the starry night sky a small tear trickled down her cheek as memories of simpler times not her own began to overwhelm her.
(Timeskip to the day of the Duel)
"It's time to wake miss Ana. The sun is up, and your duel is soon. Personally I am excited to watch your match with the chief warrior." Smiling at the maid Ana sits up. "Thank you Micah now are my clothes washed, and ready?" Micah excitedly runs to a table in the room before handing her the second ascension outfit.
"Thank you Micah would you like to help me get dressed?" Micah looked like a kid on Christmas morning. "I'd love to miss Ana!" Micah helped Ana out of her bed before she began doing what maids normally do except it ended far quicker with Ana not wearing much all things considered.
"Thank you Micah it was nice knowing you. Actually you have a house in the capital no?" Micah like a maiden in love stammers. "Y-yes I do miss Ana." Humming which Ana now noticed became a mental tick looks at Micah. "Micah I hate to ask but may I stay with you until I can get on my feet financially."
Micah looked like her dream just came true. "Of course you can stay with me I'd love to have you! But enough of that now your duel is in two hours shouldn't you go practice?" Nodding Ana then stands up before walking over to grab the reinforced farmer sickles she was gifted by Ramposa just two days ago.
After walking through many hallways she arrives at the training grounds seeing the reinforced dummy she zips towards it like Shadow from the Eminence in Shadow then attacks. "[Martial Art: Mutilation]"
After appearing behind the dummy she twirls the sickles in her hands like they were revolvers before stopping abruptly. As she stops them the surrounding knights watch in awe as the dummy falls over having been cut into several pieces.
"Her movement speed is absurd." "Can the chief warrior even win?" "I'm so excited to watch this match today." "I don't believe it a girl can't be this strong!" Now it was dead silent as a very muscular soldier walks up to Ana pointing his sword at her. "I demand a duel i highly doubt you could beat me!"
"Alright we're starting now." Ana after putting down her sickles with cold efficiency runs up giving a wicked kick to the man's thigh which caused him to scream out in pain then directly afterwards she does an elbow to his ribs before finishing him with a palm strike to his jaw knocking him to the ground.
"If you wanna be able to eat i suggest keeping your personality in check. You aren't a knight if that's how you act your nothing more than a toddler flailing around with a sword. You are unworthy of the title of knight with your current attitude. A knight protects the innocent not belittle proceived innocent.
And one last thing. If you ever think for a second about coming after me for embarrassing you here I'll say this so clearly even a muscle head like you can understand. I'll kill you. Am I clear enough? Do you understand? I hope so especially if you wanna live a long, and healthy life that is."
Ana then walks off grumbling. 'Dammit those memories really did effect me big time. I would've simply to.d him to not underestimate me, but with the constant betrayals "I" experienced i have a knack for taking certain things to serious such as that. It's why I made such a bif deal about his knighthood. And why I made that Artoria Alter NPC which is ths strongest NPC right behind Tabula's Rubedo.'
As she walked to the crowded arena, and walked directly to the main entrance. 'If I remember correctly he said I'd have to sneak it... now that I think about it if this was my character in Yggdrasil since I got a random backstory shouldn't I have.'
She then had the inventory open up though only one thing was in it. A very special item she won't be taking out any time soon, and that item was a Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown. 'I'll be damned i actually have one. Anyways it's time to test my stealth skills.'
After being nearly caught several times she manged to get into position for the signal which will happen right about now. Both her, and Gazef walk out at the same time both staring at the other like hardened warriors. Each movement is a feint trying to make the other move into a well placed trap.
Eventually both move, and the battle ends just as quickly as it began. The points of both sickles were ready to rip out Gazef's throat. The crowd was shocked, the king was shocked, the Empire's spies were shocked, a certain blue haired man in attendance was shocked. Pretty much everyone was stunlocked at what they had just watched or more accurately hadn't watched because it ended so fast.
"I guess it's my loss." Nodding at Gazef she moves her sickles away from his throat before walking off as she does she stops dead in her tracks. "One day we should have a duel where I don't do what I did here. It wasn't fair to you after all." Gazef then looks at the honest smile on the woman's face, and gives one back. After nodding at one another Ana then walks out leaving Gazef in a way better mood then he was just in.
(Mini Timeskip/Scene Change)
'Here I am the location Hebrai said he would meet me.' Then as if saying his name would make him appear Hebrai practically appears out of nowhere. "So how long were you going to hide Hebrai? Nonetheless report." Hebrai comes out of the darkness, and kneels.
"We have successfully taken every elven village but left the capital to you per your request. Most towns were sick of the oppression so it was quite easy to get them on board when we lightly explained the plan. Also what are we going to name our new nation anyway my lady? I am quite curious."
Looking to Hebrai as if he just spoke Latin before looking at a tree. 'Forests, nature... nature goddess... Gea!' Snapping her fingers she points to the tree. "How about the Forest Kingdom of Konoha?" The old man looks at Ana like she's the second coming. "It's great my lady! To think you'd be that creative!"
Ana on the other hand is absolutely embarrassed what she said wasn't in anyway original. 'I am thankful Beru ain't here or I'd have two Diablo or Demiurge level glazers kissing the ground i walk on. Side note kinda wanna see Diablo, and Demiurge meet like how would that play out. Important questions later.'
Ana then looks to the dusk sky before walking through the capital to the front gate. "Hey your Wiley right? Mind opening the gate I'm going on a training journey as I'm still a bit rusty." The young night watch looks at the source of the voice only to see Ana already ready to leave.
"Oh miss Ana! You rusty? I highly doubt that but I still admire your constant need to improve. Anyways I gotta go get the gate open. When will you be back if you don't mind my asking?" Waving her hand dismissively Ana simply smiles softly. "Honestly i don't know a month maybe more just depends on how I feel." Wiley nods excitedly before rushing over to a lever after flipping it the gate opens letting Ana walk on out off into the sunset leaving Wiley with a one sided crush.
