-----Erythea-----
An underwater prison surrounded by molten and eternally flowing lava.
The heat outside this place far exceeded anything in the world. That being, because it's fire didn't come from this world.
"Brother... may we get your help?"Prometheus said to Epimetheus beside him.
Currently, they are in the middle of the ocean on a boat. Directly below them is Erythea.
Epimetheus spread his arms and calm winds blew by. The calm sea waters rippled and rested.
In few more minutes, a large whale came swimming their way. It then swam around them.
Epimetheus dipped his hand in the water and shook his head.
"Can't it get us down there?"Prometheus asked his brother.
"It might be under his control. So getting there isn't really something I can guarantee."Epimetheus shook his head again.
"It might be his invitation. Let it up. We don't have any other choice if we don't get to him now. Whatever he's doing, he must have predicated way more than this."Prometheus ordered.
Epimetheus them released small amounts of green like energy which the whale absorbed.
It then came to the surface of the water and sprayed the water into the air.
The beast opened its mouth wide and the men jumped in. It then closed them shut and began swimming deep into the water.
It headed right for the deadly scorching depths of Erythea. Regardless, it didn't even try to avoid it's destination.
The water parted towards the surface and what looked like ruins below the water came I to view.
The entire city sized area was surrounded by what looked like a bubble of protective barrier or air filled space.
The whale then rolled over and blasted the three men towards the city. They shot to the surface through the barrier and landed lightly on theor feet one after the other.
The city reverberated with their presence in it.
"What was that back there?"Flamma asked the two royal brothers.
"That was a kelpie. Something incredibly rare."Epimetheus stated simply.
"Do you think he's the onw who sent that Kelpie?"Prometheus asked curiously.
"I would suspect so. I couldn't communicate with it. Yet it wasn't violent in the slightest."Epimetheus said simply.
They walked deeper into the ruins. An eerie feeling was kind of filled in this place.
The space before the entrance further twisted and they headed into it. Neither one of them showed any signs of fear.
On the other side of the open rift of space was dark. It looked like a dark tunnel leasing to the unknown.
This were the deepest depths of this place. The part closest to the gate leasing to the underworld.
"I can still feel it. The dreadful feeling that plagues the very atmosphere in this place."Prometheus said in an unhappy tone.
His brother could only listen to him. This place, or rather, what was locked up here was the reason.
Prometheus hated coming or even speaking this place. A riteous man like him felt guilty. As though he had sinned when he was here.
He felt like he was shrouded by everything he ever done wrong in his life. And that... disgusted Prometheus to the deepest parts of his guts.
They halted before a prison that had markings in its walls. The chains and everything around it was marked and glowing lightly with azure magic letters on it.
Whatever the runes meant or did would be a mystery for normal fellows. No mortal could ever hope to delete into this alien language.
"And so they have come. I didn't think you brothers would ever visit me. And I'm talking about all four of you. Oh.. my bad." The man in the shadows of the walls in his cell spoke.
He raised his head and spoke in an almost eerie tone.
His words were alluring and the sound of them was something that no one could ever ignore. But it was said to slowly send one into madness if ever exposed to it and couldn't avoid it's many effects.
But that of course, applied to normal people. These three felt his dreadful aura.
When he walked out of the shadows, his tattered yellow robes adorned him with eerie air.
His face couldn't be seen. Pure darkness was shrouding it.
"The unspoken one. Also know as Hastur, the king in yellow."Flamma said in surprise.
This was the first time he had ever personally met this figure. But it would be lies to say he had never heard of it before.
The two brothers looked at Hastur with blank and serious expressions.
"It was your doings, wasn't it?"Epimetheus asked the man sternly.
"That... it was. I have been locked up in here for over thirty thousand years. I have felt the destruction that roared on the surface. The number of apocalypse that have hit this world. Yet I remained. Tell me, what do you think I was doing?"Hastur asked confidently.
"The world had been destroyed over hundred times.numerous times by you. Does your evil know no bounds?"Prometheus said, approaching and halting before the cell.
"The is no evil in existence. There is only goal. Mortals have been punished by the so called good gods. If so, how am I evil. Everytime Gaia turns, disaster befalls the world. Can we call that evil of the great creator?"Hastur shot back.
But he wasn't done.
"You didn't come here to know of my plans though. You came here to ensure I was still imprisoned. That I stayed here longer, if possible, forever. Are you "good"? You who refuses a me redemption."Hastur spoke with a condescending tone.
"You cannot!! You are the one to.blame for your suffering. You and no one else!! Of all your schemes, all your murders, atrocious actions!! Don't try to play innocent with me."Prometheus rushed to the chains and punched on the bars.
He was restraining himself as he knew just how cunning Hastur was. Epimetheus caught him by the shoulder and shook his head.
