"Please come in, House of Sultan."
At the entrance of Frost Mansion, a servant stood there welcoming the invited families with a long scroll list.
While those he was welcoming were busy admiring how big the compound was, the mansion alone was already estimated to be worth over thirty billion, if not higher.
As the guard called in the family, they stepped into the party room, already maintained and prepared as a party should be.
The party room wasn't just luxurious; it was also big enough to contain thousands of people, and they would still have space to walk and dance.
"Oh my, where's your lovely son, Lucinda?" a woman asked with a subtle smile.
Lucinda was her best friend, but she wasn't Lucinda's best friend.
"Oh well, he's getting my birthday present for me."
"Isn't he such a darling? Can't wait to see the handsome young prince."
Soon, it reached the Manhattan family, and as they were called, wanting to enter, the servant stopped them.
"No entry without Miss Jane Manhattan," said the servant.
To their face, they couldn't believe it was actually happening, and Tom felt embarrassed in front of this many people.
Tom sighs. "Get Jane from the car."
"Please, sir, step aside until Miss Jane Manhattan arrives, while I attend to the line."
Tom and his family were shoved aside. They had intended to leave Jane at home like every other ceremony.
But when the letter said without Jane they'd get kicked out, Tom decided to try it out but brought Jane with them.
If they had made it in without Jane, the driver would have sent her home.
"Bringing that dimwit to a party... I hope she doesn't disgrace us today," Juliet scoffs.

Meanwhile...
Inside his luxurious room, Lucian stood looking at the mirror, adjusting his black tie as his sister dusted his suit.
"You look very good—as a butler, of course. Hahaha," Lucy teased.
Then she adjusted the name tag on his black suit: Butler Lucian.
"You're enjoying this, aren't you?"
"Who do you think suggested the idea, brother? Haha. But let's be honest, you do look good, brother."
Lucian gave deaf ears to the compliment. Many had called him cute and all that.
But when he looked at the mirror, he saw himself as someone average.
They both walked out of the room and stood on top of the party room, where they could see everyone coming in and servants moving here and there.
They could see their mother happy, which made Lucian smile.
"It's just for today. Take it as a day off. And besides, don't you just love Mother's cute smile?"
"Alright, fine, fine," Lucian sighs and fakes a cough, as if clearing his throat.
"Oh, that's her there—Jane Manhattan. Go be butler," said Lucy.
Lucian was already planning on walking down the stairs before Lucy grabbed his arm and dragged him back.
"Hold on, hold on... Hey you, give me that."
Lucy took the tray of drinks from a servant nearby and handed it over to Lucian.
"What? You don't expect to just stand beside her—you serve her, brother."
Lucian massaged his forehead. Today was going to be a long, frustrating day.
He took the tray of drinks and was now walking down the stairwell, gracefully grasping everyone's attention for a few minutes.
But when they saw it wasn't Lucinda's son, they just waved their eyes off him.
"Ma'am, do you like cola wine?" asked Lucian.
Jane was sitting alone at a table for two. She looked at Lucian for a while before her eyes fell on his tag, then the drink he served.
"Hey you, come here... Come give me a drink," said Tom.
However, Lucian did not answer him and just stood beside Jane, waiting for her response.
"Are you deaf? I said come give me a drink," Tom repeated himself, but more furious than before.
But Lucian remained silent, only looking at Tom for a brief moment.
Before anything else could happen, everyone's attention was drawn toward the dim light and the spotlight falling on Mrs. Lucinda Frost.
"I would like to share a brief moment with you," she said.
Respecting her and her family, everyone paid good attention to her words.
Maybe they could learn the secrets of her family's wealth from it, and also it was an honor to be inside the Frost Mansion.
"Two years ago, I was heading toward my office when I got into an accident. Many people walked past me, scared my vehicle would explode any moment.
But there was this woman who, among these people, risked her life to save mine. When I woke up, I had months of amnesia—I couldn't remember anything.
This woman helped me without asking for anything in return until I got well. I am thankful for her good deeds. And for that, my son has sent her ten billion dollars, and for taking care of me, Miss Jane Manhattan will receive special treatment from my assigned butler."
Immediately she said that, the spotlight fell on Jane—who was shocked—and Lucian, who was holding a tray of drinks beside her.
Everyone clapped at the shared moment. However, Jane's family felt rage.
"So that bastard was given such a huge amount, and she didn't tell anyone," said Tom.
"She always thinks she can steal the spotlight—dead brain cell."
After hearing what Mrs. Frost had said, Jane understood why Lucian wouldn't answer to anyone else.
"You must be tired. Please sit," said Jane.
"I'm—ma'am, a butler like me cannot sit at the same table as you," Lucian replied.
Accompanying his words, Juliet chimed in from the far table.
"Just look at them—a butler and a dead brain cell sister. Don't they match? Hahaha," said Juliet.
"They definitely do match. Mrs. Jane Butler—the name suits perfectly," said Tom. He took a sip of his wine and added,
"You haven't answered us about that ten billion dollars you got. When we get home, we'll deal with you."
However, Lucian turned to his right and saw his mother looking at his side, smiling. It calmed him.
"It's okay, Lucian. You can sit. Carrying a tray of drinks and standing must be stressful—please sit," said Jane. Her voice even calmed Lucian more.
He was a very tempered person and got pissed off by little things—especially when it had to do with something he valued.
In this case, it was them bad-mouthing Jane—someone his mother cared about and someone he saw as valuable. It pissed him off.
"I'm sorry, madam, but I—"
Before Lucian could repeat what he had initially said, Jane stood up and took the tray of drinks from his hand and dropped it on the table.
"Ma'am, I could get fired," Lucian faked a muffled voice.
"No, you won't. It's an order, Lucian... Sit."
Laura stood up smiling and whispered a few words to Tom—about stealing a necklace and framing it on Jane or the butler as her acquaintance.
"Perfect," Tom whispered. "Do it."
