Zayven lay hushed in his cabin, but sleep bring him no peace. The cruse now hurt more than ever before, splitting through his body like wild fire.
That night, he had a dream so horrifying. In his dream, he saw flames of fire consuming everything..... Blood gushing out of so many bodies of people he knew not. He turn and saw a girl, with her heart shining brighter than the sun, the light was so bright that her face was hidden in the light.
He hard a voice as loud as a thunder, louder than any thing he have heard before. It shook the cabin so hard as if it was about to crumble.
| "She is your salvation, The redemption of your heart''
zayven woke up with a shock, his body all soak with sweat, his hands shaking.
His claws were fully out . long and sharp as a razor, mark of claws were all across the cabin floor. he had never transformed in his sleep before especially when the full moon far away, this time around the transformation happen without even realizing it.
He said breathing heavy ''O! No not again''. He looks round and saw the damage and his heart was heavy.
The transformation had never come this early before . He panic and said;
| ''What happening to me? why is it starting before the full moon ,what going on?''
He then decided to stepped out of the cabin, in the hope to clear his thoughts and get some fresh air to cool his mind. But something strange happen. The forest was quiet , the animal were all gone ,the trees all stood still . He said to himself;
| ''what with the forest today? What with the animals? what happening... something is different''
He felt a strange shift inside of him . He then realized something has change.
Mile away, in the quiet town of Oakbridge, Elnara who suddenly woke up. With her heart glowing, a golden light all around the room. Her heartbeat , beating so fast than ever before . she looks around the room recollecting the dream she just had.
''A forest, dark and wild . She heard a voice, she had never heard before , within settled inside of her like it belonged there.
| It whispered ''Elnara....'' It sounded so sorrowful . She had no idea of who that was . But she felt him, and that gave her a fright. Elnara found it so difficult going back to bed.
At dawn, Elnara came downstairs with her face moody, quietly sitting at the dining table. Her mom who notice her the expression on her face walk on to her and said.
''Elnare? Is everything alright?'' Elnare who was lost in thoughts couldn't hear . Her mom tap her softly saying '' Are you alright? Elnare looks at her mom putting on a fake smile said. ''Am fine mom''.
But truly, she wasn't. Her heart was running with lot of questions. The dream still fresh in mind ,the voice of the man she heard, and the strange light that glow from her heart.
She suddenly remembered the old woman's words , who spoke to her long time ago saying ;
| ''Your heart is not like others. It was made for something greater.''
Elnare who never understood what that meant then . She still wasn't sure what it meant now
At noon, Zayven stepped out to get some food to eat. Felt something pulling him out of the forest ; A strange force, supernatural and very powerful. Drawing him out of the woods.
At that same moment Elnare who was talking a walk , also felt that same pull, pulling her close to the forest, her heart eagerly reaching out to someone .
She draws near towards the forest but the distant was world apart...
Even though they were miles away from each other Zayven and Elnare still sensing each other.
Drawn by force they do not understand yet.
