But Buggy was the great God Buggy—getting up again to continue fighting.
Though he fought fiercely, Buggy's attention was divided, chasing Nami and fighting Luffy at once. Careless distraction in battle? A fatal mistake.
Just like in the original story, Buggy was blown away.
Lynn, sitting nearby, clapped and teased, "Luffy, you're fighting too slowly, huh?"
Luffy explained, "That guy's a monster. He keeps splitting into pieces. If I hadn't found his weakness—feet can't leave the ground—I wouldn't know how to beat him."
Zoro stepped forward. "Looks like you guys settled the fight."
At that moment, some townspeople gathered nearby, one asking, "Hey, have you seen our mayor?"
Lynn pointed down below a house.
The townspeople hurried over, shouting, "Check if the mayor is still alive!"
"Who did this? How dare they treat our mayor like this!"
"It must be those pirates! Let's fight!"
Nami quickly warned, "Your mayor's fine. He just fainted."
One townsman asked, "How do you know? And who are you?"
Luffy smiled innocently, "Oh, we're pirates. Your mayor was knocked out by Lynn. At that time…"
Luffy began explaining seriously, unaware the townspeople's eyes twitched in disbelief.

The whole scene passed like a whirlwind—a gust of wind—and Lynn disappeared.
Zoro, stunned, asked playfully, "What do I do now, Captain?"
Luffy laughed and ran, "Let's run too!"
"Nani?!"

Finally, they lost the angry townspeople.
Since Luffy's boat was tiny, they "borrowed" a slightly larger one nearby, belonging to Buggy's crew.
Soon, they sailed away from the island.
Safe aboard, Nami glanced at Lynn, "Lynn, you pinched my butt just now, didn't you?"
Zoro and Luffy immediately perked up, eager for the gossip.
Lynn quickly denied, "No! I was running too fast—I must've bumped into you accidentally!"
Nami folded her arms and asked with a sly smile, "Once or twice could be an accident, but what about eight times?"
Luffy scoffed, "Lynn, so this is the kind of guy you are."
Zoro nodded, "I knew Lynn was a pervert."
If Nami hadn't been watching, Lynn would've argued. How cruel to accuse him! They must have abandoned her while running and were taking revenge now.
Lynn remained silent.
Nami pressed, "No, I'm at a disadvantage. You owe me 800,000 Beri!"
Lynn stared in disbelief. "Who do you think you are? I just saved you, and you want 800,000 Beri?"
Nami nodded firmly, "800,000 Beri. If you don't have it now, pay me later."
Damn, she's shameless!
Lynn stepped forward and suggested with a grin, "Nami, I don't have that much Belly. I can only repay you with my body. As a…"
"Puchi, hahaha!"
"Lynn, I didn't expect you to be so shameless—I'm dying laughing!"
