Nadia Sinclair stood in the balcony connected to her room, breathing in the subtle wind that was ushering in the evening..
With a smile plastered on her face, she waited patiently for news she knew would absolutely come.
But before it would, she decided to enjoy the silence, that not even the chaos downstairs could penetrate.
It was in this position Faiza met her, as she walked in from behind.
"Nadia?" She called.
"Huh, darling?" She looked behind on hearing Faiza's voice.
"You just left," she moved to stand beside her. "Everyone's trying to figure out what happened to Aveline, and you just left."
"As opposed to doing what?" She lifted a brow.
Faiza shrugged. "I don't know. Maybe helping out? You look suspicious, acting so aloof."
"Oh, I do?" Nadia's smile returned. "Let them think whatever. You know me. I don't care."
She leaned on the railing, and continued to smile as her gaze swept through the stunning view.
"Nadia?" Faiza called with a suspicious tone.
