The mall today is cold, similar to the air in Antarctica campaign that June had participated years ago. Though that part probably isn't true, it's probably just something June made up in his head due to how silent Rain has been for the last 15 minutes, as they continued to walk through the halls of the shopping center.
"Wait stop. Hold on a minute."
Rain suddenly spoke out, in a cold and calculating tone.
June shivers internally, his heart suddenly started beating faster than they have ever had before. Yet he quickly manage to try and calm himself down so that his sudden change in emotions wouldn't appear on his face, then he responded nonchalantly.
"What is it?"
"You see that uhhh, short person over there June?"
Rain responded, pointing out to the direction of the escalators leading up to the upper floors, there a individual carrying , what seems like a potato flavored instant ramen, as well as carrying a bag of cold sushi. Interestingly enough, their outfit is all black, with a few snake symbols at certain places. But what stood out to June was what this person was carrying.
'Potato instant ramen? Who the hell eats that? With sushi too? Such a weird combination.'
June pondered to himself but then snapped back to reality as Rain spoke up.
""See that guy?… Or girl? Eh I've heard of them before, on the old Dreamscape games actually! He, she seemed to be pretty good, a skilled awakened. We should prob try to recrui-""
Rain suddenly stopped talking, as she begins to scratch her chin to ponder to herself.
"Actually, is that a guy or a girl?"
June replied quickly, his heart is still beating fast due to how suddenly Rain had spoke up after 15 minutes of being eerily silent before but he did not let these feelings shows; Instead he responded in a calming tone.
"I'm not sure, let me have a closer look…"
With that Rain suddenly glances over at June, deep in reverie.
'Damn he's so cool.'
June then activate his dormant ability to increase his perception of the surroundings, seeing every little detail in his surrounding. Then he shifts his focus on the individual carrying the Potato flavored instant Ramen, whose riding on the escalator.
"Yeah that definitely is a girl alright."
June replied in a cool manner, as he continues to sip his ice lemon tea that he was carrying.
