"Allen, confirm their confession."
Allen nodded, holding the phone to his ear. "Yes, sir."
Having said that, he ended the call and turned his head. His gaze landed on Pika, who was helping him go through the list of people found dead on the island where Henrik had been—along with those seized in the mansion and those from the main island.
"Pika, can you confirm their family members…" Allen said, watching Pika nod as he worked on his computer.
Minutes passed with Allen pacing behind him, then propping himself against the desk nearby, observing Pika as he worked. He could have asked someone else to handle it, but right now, Pika was his safest choice—despite tonight's operation being louder than usual.
If there are still people we missed… then this entire operation is for nothing, he thought.
