The tea party was set in Celestine's beautiful greenhouse garden. A long table occupied the center, surrounded by flowers in full bloom. The air was slightly misty, carrying the delicate scent of tea and blossoms. The small fountains placed perfectly in some corners added more to the sophistication of the place. Not to mention, with the sun shining straight at the glasses, everything looked sparkly.
Curiosity gleamed in every woman's eyes as they discreetly observed Mrs. Bennet. Yet they remained demure, engaging in light conversation. By "light," it began with Celestine introducing the teas she had prepared and the hors d'oeuvres.
"I know I've already said this, but I hope you enjoy everything I prepared for this tea party," Celestine said elegantly, seated at the head of the table, Lola on her right. "If there's anything you don't like, please don't hesitate to tell me. I tried to find if you had allergies, but I couldn't."
"Do not worry. I do have an allergy, but it's fine."
