The global war between The Hunters and the Army of Order spanned over three grueling centuries. During that immense stretch of time, a deep and loving relationship blossomed between Matthew and Astrid, their bond forged in the crucible of countless battles. Similarly, Lie and Elara found solace and affection in each other's company, their contrasting personalities complementing one another perfectly. Only Ling remained single among them, a quiet observer of the burgeoning love around him.
It was before this monumental war began that Ling had fully integrated into the Crimson-White family lineage, his original Green now intertwined with the traumatic, life-clinging essence of Sakureal. As for Lie, his very nature, marked by a certain dullness and uncertainty, placed him firmly within the Reddish-Gray family lineage, representing the negative aspect of that family lineage.
The "global war" against The Hunters, while spanning centuries and countless lives, was not truly global in the sense of engulfing every corner of the Azure planet. The reach of this formidable organization was, in reality, confined to about five of Azure's ten continents. The remaining five were either impenetrable to The Hunters or, more disturbingly, were territories where The Hunters acted as instruments for other entities, fulfilling their agendas in the active war zones.
The continents untouched by The Hunters' direct aggression included: the Azure Blue Continent, rich in history; the Empiric Continent, home to the Novaryon and Draconia Empires; and the four religiously significant landmasses. These were: Sanctum Prime Continent, ruled by the Sanctum Prime Empire, whose faith was the Church of The Way; Dharma Heart Continent, a land of varied beliefs, primarily adhering to The Path of Awakening (with the notable absence of The Church of Creation); Aetheria Nova Continent, ruled by the Nova Empire and devoted to the Church of Creation, a Dragon God-worshipping, racist sect that served as The Hunters' principal benefactors; and Essentia Continent, a diverse realm (also without The Church of Creation's presence) where the Universe and Mana were revered through The Faith of the Cosmic Weave.
The actual theaters of war against The Hunters were concentrated on: the Azure Red Continent, adjacent to the Empiric Continent; the Demon Continent, so named due to a massive demon invasion that was repelled a million years before James Novaryon's birth; the Velea Continent, another distinct landmass; the Tensen Continent; and the Scourgelands. The Scourgelands, a singular island continent and the Scourgeland Kingdom, functioned as The Hunters' central headquarters. It was upon this formidable stronghold that the Army of Order ultimately converged for the climactic, final war.
After three grueling centuries of relentless conflict, Duke Matthew Roseblade, the Brave Hero of Judgment and Order, along with his loyal Auxcasts and the full might of the Army of Order, returned triumphantly to the Roseblade Duchy. They were the undisputed victors of what would forever be known as the War of Judgment and Order.
The entire continent erupted in celebration, a joyous outpouring of relief and admiration for their heroes. The festivities were grand, but they culminated in an even more significant event: a magnificent, triple wedding. Matthew and Astrid, their love forged in the crucible of war, stood together. Beside them, Lie and Elara, their partnership deepening into profound affection, also exchanged vows. And in a union that symbolized new beginnings for the duchy, Helen married Viscount Phrera McKellen, the son of the steadfast Viscount Phreras McKellen, a dragon whose human parents had given birth to him, a unique and powerful individual.
Upon his return, Duke Matthew Roseblade immediately took over the ducal duties, easing the burden that had rested solely on his sister's shoulders for three centuries. Helen, now married to Phrera McKellen, continued to play a vital role in the duchy's management, her experience invaluable. Over the years that followed, Helen and Phrera built a family, welcoming six children into the world. Their last child, a daughter, was named Annabeth. The duchy, having weathered the long war and celebrated its heroes, now looked to a future shaped by new leadership, powerful alliances, and a burgeoning new generation.
