King Wild & Author POV:
We arrived in my girlfriend's room after the thrashing of most of the team and I handed Spice.
Author: It's actually been a few hours and a lot of stuff has happened in between. Still, she ignores those facts because she's delusional as fuck.
Author, it's been a while since you haven't been showing up lately so I assumed you faded into the background like other authors.
Author: For you KiWi that will never be the case.
We both smiled at each other as we cursed each other in our minds.
Author: Note, even though this is true, I can hear her curses, but she can't hear mine.
Still now I see my girlfriend has been meditating like crazy and I'm here bored in her bed. She was doing her dumbass inner world research again.
Author: I look at Jo and realize she was going to access the zone way ahead of schedule. That wasn't good, cause if she accessed that and taught the rest of the team and she will, the team will be so overpowered that no other team would stand a chance. I had to stop her and quickly seal her way there ASAP. I soon came up with a plan and said," Hey KiWi if you're so bored why don't you get her attention and have her spend the night with you?"
He's right and soon I began trying to get Jo's attention. I tried everything too using every noise to snap him out of his meditation. That's when I remembered Jo only wakes up to his alarm clock. Soon I grab it and change the alarm to now.
Author: Yeah, I'm really hoping this works. Jo is really close right now to unlocking zone, and if he does I don't know if anyone will be able to stop him or the team in competitions. That means no challenges to the team and no excitement for my novels. Jo must be stopped or all of the suspense in this novel disappears.
Soon the alarm rang and woke up Jo who was pissed but as she looked at me I smiled. She soon grabbed the alarm in my hands and crushed it into a million pieces with one hand. Damn, Uma Musume's strength and rage combined would be crazy. She soon began chasing me as I dodged her laughing throughout. She soon catches me and holds me down.
I asked her," So what now EnJo what do you want to do with me?" I even used her pet name to get her to spare me, but alas she brings out the restraints. I scream out," goddesses damn it EnJo, why!!?" She angrily responds as she puts on all the restraints," You know why." Soon I was tied up, gagged, and put in the closet strapped to the floor.
Author: While KiWi is dealing with that I began sneaking into Jo's mind and trying to get past his mental defenses. I can't easily put mental barriers on people, and it's impossible to mind-control others and change their emotions. Why even though I'm a godlike figure? Answer, The true gods, they protect people from the influences of other gods, evil beings, and other people through mystical means. The only way to brainwash someone is through scientific means that takes skill to do like hypnosis, psychological manipulation, or social brainwashing.
Author: Still Uma Musume are still protected by the three goddesses whom I negotiated with to bring these fifteen to this world. They agreed as long as I didn't mess with non-adult Uma Musume and that I stick to what I sought out to do. Which was great news as I chose adult vessels with healthy bodies that could be transformed thanks to these fifteen souls. Now I had to do this while Jo was distracted by his rage and not thinking clearly or I would be launched out real quick. I thought I was going to fail as she was about to sit down and meditate again.
Author: That's when a Spice's text message arrived and pissed her off again giving me just the time I needed to accomplish my goal. It was a door with a timer to open around halfway through the first year. It could not be bypassed outside of Jo meeting another god to unlock it for him. That's why tonight I have to make a notice and send it to every god possible. I was about to leave but saw KiWi walk out of the closet, dang she really is a master of escape.
I escaped by easily breaking through all my restraints. The ropes were not Uma Musume grade at all. Soon I sneaked out of the closet as Jo was distracted by a text message. Thank goodness my phone was on vibrate. I got on the bed without Jo noticing at all.
Damn, Jo really does lose all sense of the world when she gets distracted. I soon also read the text message which read," Yo guess whose girl just got her agency hired as the Org's primary agency?" I cursed Spice out in response. Jo suddenly saw the message and said," Huh???" Which I smugly announced," Great news about Ayana right, but man I still hate Spice right now." She soon looked in my direction in shock as another message arrived.
I read it out loud to her and soon commented," Huh, the staff are having a meeting tonight how interesting." She was still in disbelief as I responded," Oh… you thought those restraints could hold me. Girl I escaped the author's restraints before and he's a godlike being in this world." Her face switched from shock to disbelief to absolute focus. I know that look and I now know I'm screwed and not in the good way.
Author: I soon manipulated time for a few seconds and handed the restraints I created specifically for KiWi to Jo. Then I put a sarcophagus in the closet as the second part of the tools to hold KiWi. That bitch punched me in the face she deserves some of my attention. Even though the thing took a lot of power to create. Soon enough I turned time back on and the show began.
Jo and KiWi noticed what Jo had in hand. Kiwi looked at me in complete rage as I smiled giving her a blown kiss and making a heart shape with my hands and put it over my chest. I worded out,' love you too bitch,' as I waved goodbye. I then floated away from both of them as Jo got to KiWi and began to restrain her. Soon she carried KiWi to the closet and saw the sarcophagus.
KiWI saw it too and looked at me like she was saying," Really bro?" She screamed it in her head as she was gagged as well. I was laughing my ass off as this was all happening. She was put in the sarcophagus and everything was quiet for once. Soon Jo began to meditate again and was blocked by the door I left and Jo now can perceive.
Jo stopped and came to the conclusion that I existed. Still, she did not free KiWi to my surprise. Jo just began doing research again to my boredom and soon I decided to leave. Not only was my work here done and things quieted down to a halt, but I also did not want to be around when KiWi got out. Soon I left.
Kiwi: Author you asshole. I can't believe it that asshole not only did something to Jo, and he also helped Jo trap in this mummy coffin. I'm also gagged and restrained in a straitjacket. All of which are enhanced by God's magic and all specifically aimed at restraining me to boot. Soon hours passed and I fell asleep pissed off in the Egyptian box.
Soon enough morning had arrived. What I hated more than the author winning? What I hated more than being trapped in this box? I was seeing Jo pushing herself like this. She almost always pushes her limits to advance her research in some way. I can see her killing herself from the lack of sleep and exhaustion.
I hated it. I hated this entire situation. I hated her pushing herself like this. I hated that no matter how hard I tried Jo might one day kill herself pushing her limits in every way possible. The worst part I can only gather up my feelings and pout about it. She just ignored me again, but this is still the woman I love.
Even as she cruelly says," Get your ass up and get out of my room before I throw you out. I don't have time for your petty bullshit when you did nothing but be a problem the night before." Even as she took a shower, I cried as I left. Guess I really am crazy in the fact that I'll be back to bother her again the next time I see her. Next time I'll be back to make sure to stop her from overworking herself.
Jo if I wasn't already crazy I'd say you drive me crazy. I know you wonder why I keep messing with you. It's easy really if it's crazy to stop you from killing yourself in the name of progress, then I don't want to be sane. I ran to my room and soon took my own shower and got dressed. The whole time I was crying.
After the tears dried I went to breakfast and saw Jo was there and I kept on pouting. He ignored me for his research like usual. I looked around and it seems no one had a good night last night. Soon enough things moved forward and the crazy night had ended making way for another crazy day. I finally stopped pouting as I grabbed a cup of water and went to Jo and spilled it over her head.
