The holiday was gone with all its episodes, but there was still this lingering feeling of anxiety.
Although Lady Eskareth had already covered so much evidence that could trace the death to me, leading to the case being buried, I could not shake off the guilty feeling that I actually killed a student.
The worst part was that I felt very satisfied as I drained the life out of them and watched them slump to the floor.
Watching the other two shiver in fear was a feeling I couldn't get over at the moment, and maybe that made the monster I was trying so hard to hide.
"Watch it, you blind bat," a familiar voice hissed as I hit the right front, bumping into her chest.
The females she was with laughed in unison.
I looked up to stare face-to-face with Lena.
