I slowly opened my eyes, feeling weak and extra exhausted and noticed that I was in a cold dark room and my hands held up by the chains that were tightly tied on my wrists . " Ouch " I muttered lowly as i got up from the ground floor that I was sleeping like a bag of potatoes .
"Wow, these guys really do have good ways of hosting guests . " I muttered sarcastically as I felt Nivan also groaned in my head . And I could also feel that she was also feeling weak as me . Whatever that dat had really was strong nothing has ever put me down to feel this weak in my entire life . I looked around exploring the place i was and by the looks of it I was in a freaking dungeon. Of course where else would I be after i almost bet up the entire pack down .
The room wasn't so big and had a small window at the length meant for ventilators and the chains that were holding my hands firmly built and pinned to the wall behind me . A door to the room that had bars that were similar to those of jail cells back in the human world . Only that these ones seemed to be a little bigger and thicker compared to the normal ones . I guess they were meant to hold back strong prisoners .
"Seems these guys are well prepared for us ." Nivan side as I kept scavenging around.
Still in my thoughts ,I heard my tummy grumbling and indeed I was really hungry and to be honest not just hungry but starving . I decided to keep it to myself until someone comes but after waiting for almost two hours without a single soul coming , I got frustrated and tired of waiting . Even a prisoner must at least be given food . Don't tell me they are planning on starving me to death .
" Hello , anybody . Can you hear me . " I called but no answer . " Guys am really hungry . Can you at least give me some water . " I said now in a low voice but to my suprise I heard someone reply to me and opening the cell door .
" You're not any position to ask for anything . You're a prisoner here not a princess . " The tall man from yesterday said as he approached me and placed a plastic bottle of water and some bread on a small plate on the ground close to my reach and turned to leave.
I was going to complain about the food but I kept myself in control . I couldn't afford angering him with this kind of hunger . if he took it back . I would definitely die of hunger .
I quickly went to my knees and started eating . I didn't even remember that I hadn't even washed my hands . I ate at a first speed and I quickly gulped the water he gave me until I felt my hunger quenching and then sat boredly leaning against the wall and wrapping my hands around my bent knees as I waited for the unknown yet to come .
Another man came in and took the plate and bottle and then nothing . No one else until I could see the sunlight varnish and the moonlight take over . I heard a group of foot steps getting closer and closer and then a ladiesh voice coming close and nearer to the room correction cell I was in .
Finally a change . Maybe she will listen .
I got up hopefully as I kept my gaze at the cell entrance and with in just seconds she walked in . She looked like she was direct from a fairytale with her beautifully long wavy blonde hair and enchanting beautify blue eyes . But moving from her face to her outfit you would definitely change your mind about the first expression you had .
She was wearing a heavy looking warrior armour and a long wipe held up firm around her waist buy her belt . But what got me tensed to the core was the fact that she had small blood spots all over her armour and wipe .
They were somehow too small to be noticed but we dragons have a really good eyesight . I guess it comes as a package along with flying just like birds . Another girl came inside holding a recorder and stood patiently and the door.
She smirked the moment she looked over at the corner I was standing silently . "Wow Lorance, I think you have let yourself go . How can you get beaten by a dolly such as her . One could even doubt you're the usual alpha I know. " She said as she moved her eyes from my head to toe . And then the same man who brought me food earlier coming inside . So he was the Pack's alpha . No wonder they were all scared when i bet him up . Mom said werewolves look upon their alphas for protection and are the strongest amongst their groups which they call packs .
" Or could it be that you're playing soft on her since she looks beautiful and you . Well you still haven't found your mate . Who knows whether she even exists. " She said but Lorance as I have just hard her call him didn't reply . He instead kept quiet and released a warning growl to her and she chuckled .
" No need to get so tense I'm just kidding . You should really be used to me by now . " She said but still no word from him . One could even think his mute or something . " You might want to get out for a second or more . " And since when do you have r right to stay alone with prisoners of my pack ? " He asked crossing his arms on his shoulders ." Don't take it personal Alpha Lorance . I just need you out since I think you are too soft on women and being so you won't let me go through with getting her to speak . And by that you're tampering with my job . " She replied to him.
Wait what is this woman planning to do to me . She speaks as if am out of the room .
" And who said she won't talk ? " Alpha Lorance asked but she just sighed and turned to me .
" Lorance , Lorance , Lorance it seems like you want to teach me my own job at this moment . It's okay if you don't want to get back but don't you dare move an inch into trying to stop me even if you feel you can't take it any more . " She warned but he just scoffed and stayed still . Her heels tap on the floor as she moved closer to me but I wasn't afraid of her . I was never afraid of a good fight before when my opponents were men and now with a fellow woman I felt like it was going to be a walk in the park .
She walked close enough and then removed her wipe from her belt and swung it in the air causing it to make whipping sound that gives it the name . Does she really think I'm going to get afraid just because she's holding it . Judging by the distance she's standing close to me, i can freely beat up up without even used of my hands but legs .
" So let me make this easy for you . I'm going to ask you questions and each i ask I expect you to answer correctly and honestly . If I dare to detect any falsity or if you refuse to tell me , I'm going to whip your back so hard that you will regret the time you ever thought of coming to the wolves realm .
" As long as I find your question appropriate. I will answer. " I replied but a frown appeared on her face .
" I see . You're still arrogant . But don't worry you will be I need you by the end of our little conversation . Dorthy star recording . The king will need to listen to this. " She said and started asking.
" What is your name first of all . I find it weird that I don't know what to call you . " She said
" I'm Reina , Reina Adam. " I replied briefly and.
" Nice start, so Reina . What are you ?"
" I'm a dragon. "
" What" , she exclaimed shocked.
" What are you doing here and how exactly did you get into our realm " she asked her voice raising .
" As i told your friend earlier . I was teleported by my ring . I have never been in to the supar natural world before I didn't even know where the heck the ring dropped me ." I explained and speaking of ring i suddenly noticed that my hand wasn't having it . " Where's my ring ? " I asked anger building up .
" I do the asking here not you. "
" Where did you get the ring from?" She asked i was going to refuse to reply but I calmed myself . I didn't want to make trouble with these people and I needed them to let me go . I have to be a little patient with them and calm down Nivan ..
" My parents . My biological parents gave it to me as a child . " I replied .
I felt a jolt of pain diving deep into my body . And the striking impact of the whip tearing my back's skin and into my flesh . And I felt my blood instantly go down on my back from the spot it had striked . I almost felt like fainting but I held on to the chain for support .
" What a liar" . She said as whipped my back. And that was it . She had crossed the line . .And I wasn't able to control Nivan's anger any longer .
I felt myself gaining more power than ever before and then I felt the flames within my body heat up and all the veins started lighting up and glowing under my skin .
Both Lorance and the woman that had whipped was now looking at me in shock and fear . But unable to even dare to run. My hands started slowly melting the chains that were holding them into liquid and within seconds I had freed myself off the chains .
"Anna quickly move back . And you Dorthy run out of here as fast as you can ." I hard Lorance warn and command the girls but Anna was so frightened to even run , she started moving back slowly until she had trapped herself against the wall as I also moved towards her . Alpha Lorance quickly ran to her aid and stood in-between the two off us . " Don't you dare hurt her . How about we all first calm down and talk like adults . You don't need to hurt her . You seem like a good person to me . And in your eyes I see that you're not capable of killing. Don't do it. Please" He begged knowing my capability .
But once my dragon wants a fight with someone she wants it no matter what . And at the moment she was the one in control of my body and all I could do was to watch and speak in our minds . And for the record we aren't that good at listening to each other.
I know I could at least try . But to be honest I too was on Nivan's side . She had seriously whipped my back. And wanted to go without punishment. " Move aside . " Nivan growled warning him. As I witnessed my orange firely glowing eyes in his .
I didn't know what came over me and I pushed him aside with less effort causing him to colide with the cell bars fainting , and grabbed Anna and pressed her hard against the wall. " Never ever do what you have done to me today to any one ever again .
Because they might ain't be as kind as me . Nivan said and with less effort carried her by her hand and tossed her to the other wall . She fall but didn't faint instead she braced herself doubting wether she could hande another blow from me. I then turned to Lorance, the girl that was holding the recorder was kneeling near him crying confused and scared .
I walked to him and scotted . The girl was scared i was going to harm her next and she quickly moved back giving us space .
I extended my hand to his neck inorder to check whether he was okay and his pulse were normal . Great , I muttered" Don't worry about your alpha he is going to be fine . " I assured her and a small smile plastered on her lips . " Where's the way out of here ?" I asked her .
"Just go straight that way " she said and with that I started running out. .
