The man blinked, surprised by her sudden decisiveness, but nodded. "Follow me. It's this way."
"Miss..." someone suddenly called behind her.
All eyes lifted towards the middle-aged woman.
"Yes?"
The woman spoke seriously. "Don't you think you should first send us out before attending to the newcomers? We need to leave this place first. Why delay and waste time because of them?"
Everyone's expression changed.
The grandma with the infant paused for a second before adding righteously, "Miss, she's right. You can attend to them later, but we're the first batch of survivors and more in numbers. Our safety should come first. I mean... First come, first served."
Sienna tilted her head, faint coldness pulsing in her eyes. "You're the second batch of survivors, actually. Should I send you back to that room where I found you? Then I will send the first batch out and attend to you when I see fit?"
