The Supreme Dimension.
The dimension of primordial magic.
It is also the dwelling place of the Trinity – the Vishanti: Oshtur, Hoggoth, and Agamotto.
The Trinity here stands guard unceasingly. While repelling the darkness and invasions that attempt to breach this reality, it also lends its pure power of white magic to the worthy.
One of the most well-known factions that use their power are the sorcerers of Kamar-Taj.
Because of this, the Supreme Dimension has become a holy place of white magic.
But in the very next moment, the sanctuary welcomed an uninvited guest.
Boom!
A flash of white light tore through the space.
The echo of a tremor could be felt in the void.
The Trinity simultaneously opened their eyes; their golden pupils radiated divine light, a force that could shatter the heavens.
"So… is this the future you foresaw?" asked Hoggoth, half-man, half-beast, directing his gaze toward Oshtur.
"…"
Oshtur fell silent for a moment, then shook her head.
"No. This is only the beginning."
Agamotto and Hoggoth said nothing. Silence hung in the air.
"No wonder you decided never to lend him power," said Agamotto calmly. "If you simply gave him nothing, the matter would be finished. But now…"
Their eyes simultaneously turned to Quaggs.
Quaggs was completely confused. His simple mind could no longer follow the events.
What had just happened? Why did he vanish from one place and in an instant appear here? And now… was he really standing before the Vishanti?
Even he, no matter how isolated he was from others, knew that name. Every demon lord of dimensions had heard of the Vishanti, the power of the Trinity that guarded the balance of light and magic.
"That…" he stammered with a trembling voice. "Would you believe me if I said I ended up here by accident?"
Oshtur: "…"
Hoggoth: "…"
Agamotto: "…"
No one replied. The silence was heavy, the atmosphere threatening.
Quaggs trembled. His huge eyes were full of fear, almost in tears.
Then a voice he knew well resounded, strong and authoritative:
"Quaggs, come here."
"At once!" he shouted with relief, as if he had found a straw to cling to.
Without the slightest hesitation, he obeyed Aron.
Another flash of white light enveloped him, and he vanished from the Supreme Dimension.
The space grew calm.
"So… such events will repeat, won't they?" Agamotto asked quietly.
"More than once," replied Oshtur.
"What do you think, should we find the Ancient One and leave her to handle this child?" said Hoggoth.
"…"
"…"
"Forget it," Oshtur suddenly replied after a short silence.
All three sighed almost in unison, and the Supreme Dimension once again sank into peace.
…
The Ocean Dimension.
Quaggs returned from the Supreme Dimension looking as if his soul had left his body. His body, soft to begin with, was now completely drained, thrown to the ground like a wet rag.
"What? Did you really see them? Did you see the Vishanti?" Aron asked with a spark of curiosity.
"Please… don't send me back there again…" Quaggs pleaded, trembling. His large eyes were full of panic.
"Looks like you really did see them…" Aron murmured, satisfied with the unexpected outcome.
Quaggs also confirmed it: banishment through exorcism could work, it could destroy enemies at their very root!
"Extremely useful…" Aron smiled. "No matter which demons I face in the future, the Vishanti will always be waiting for them around the corner."
As if he had just discovered a new continent, his mood suddenly soared.
"Alright, you've already fulfilled your service," said Aron. "I'll return you to the tentacle dimension."
"No, no, no!" Quaggs immediately began waving his tentacles. "I'll return myself! I'll go back on my own!"
Seeing his panicked refusal, Aron merely shrugged.
He had already gotten what he wanted anyway. The journey had brought unexpected gains. Not everything had gone according to plan, there had been unpleasant episodes, but the end result was satisfactory.
"The only pity is that I didn't manage to master this ocean dimension…" he muttered, then waved his hand. "But fine, no need to regret it."
He raised his hands and spoke in a low voice:
"I summon… The Call of Cthulhu… Cthulhu!"
"I summon… The Call of Cthulhu… Yog-Sothoth!"
"Enough. So be it."
Having said that, Aron casually invoked the names of two ancient beings, those that in myths brought destruction to worlds.
Then he decisively left the ocean dimension.
Boom!
The space trembled.
As if something indescribable had descended, something that inspired boundless fear.
The presence of horror!
"Wait for me!"
"Wait for me too!"
Quaggs, who had just been lying exhausted, suddenly jolted. His body shook with panic as he opened a spatial rift with his tentacles.
He crawled with all his strength, pushing his massive body inside, desperately fleeing from the threatening force descending upon the dimension.
...
Aron could not see with his own eyes which great entity he had summoned.
In any case, before the horror actually descended, he had already returned to the dimension of reality.
As for the question of whether that creature, after destroying the ocean dimension, would follow the spatial rift and break into the real universe, Aron was not particularly concerned.
No need to panic!
When the time comes, he simply needs to throw it into the Supreme Dimension. Let the Vishanti have the headache.
"Who told you to refuse to lend me magic?" he muttered, remembering.
When he first began learning magic, he had called upon the Vishanti countless times. Spells, invocations, prayers, but an answer never came.
This was revenge.
"And what if the Vishanti one day come to hunt me down?"
As soon as the thought crossed his mind, Aron smiled self-mockingly.
"And then what? Let them come. When the time comes, I'll banish them too."
For a moment, a bolder idea overtook him.
"Imagine… if I banished the Vishanti into the DC universe… would the Marvel world here descend into chaos?"
He thought about the consequences. As the source of pure white magic, the disappearance of the Vishanti could paralyze all sorcerers. Wong would recite spells, mantras, but nothing would happen.
The very thought was intriguing.
"But then again… the Vishanti will probably never come to me," he shook his head, driving away the ridiculous thoughts.
With teleportation, he left the peak of Makalu, still in chaos after the battle.
…
Colorado.
At the same time as Aron was in the tentacle dimension, Star-Lord's team, who had successfully brought the spaceship back to Earth, was already causing real commotion.
"Damn it!"
"Drax, how many times do I have to tell you! Put some clothes on, man!" Star-Lord snapped, looking at Drax, who, strong as the Hulk, stood shirtless.
Ever since they had returned to Earth, Drax, with his red markings covering his skin, had stood out like a neon sign.
Crowds of people gathered around them, all excited to see a "real demon."
"Hello! I'm your biggest fan!" shouted a young man, waving his hands. "Look at my clothes, everything is from the Devil series! Even the sneakers, limited edition Devil 700L!"
"Mr. Drax, may I interview you?" a reporter called out with a microphone.
"Which hell did you come from?" another asked. "From Limbo? Or maybe from some other hell?"
"You don't have wings… does that mean you're a demon walking the Earth? Can you show us your steel trident?"
Drax stared at them without the slightest trace of discomfort, but Star-Lord looked as if he were about to lose his mind.
The crowd would not stop asking questions, mixing fear, excitement, and fanatical admiration.
At that moment, their presence on Earth had already drawn the attention of much bigger players.
