In a underground cavern, in a certain Cavityin the cavern.
He opened his eyes it was darkness all around him. currently he was lying on the cold ground on his back facing the ceiling, he was lying there for who knows how long just staring at the ceiling without moving or doing.
Then, after a long time He thought ?
'What is this place, it was dark and eerie and cold but ... how do I say this? It doesn't felt that way, it felt warm.'
The ground he was lying on did feel cold but the darkness embracing him felt different. it was diffused with a warmth that felt soothing and present, like a mother cardeling and embracing her newborn child. The atmosphere was quiet serene and peaceful.
After some time he set up using his hands. looking around, though the darkness enshrouded the whole area he can still see clearly. The uneven ceiling, the ragged walls, the cold and flat ground he was sitting on he could see and feel everything clearly, it all felt unnatural.
when he turned to his right, there was a small opening in the cave and he saw something new in this ghostly and quiet atmosphere. He just stared at it for who knows how long, lost in his own thoughts.
'I don't know who I am, Where I am, What I am doing in dark place, well I do know what I am doing here in this inky black darkness since It is the place of my origin.
'I was born here literally.' He thought.
How he was born, he don't know but he do know that he's been in this cave for a really long time, like really really long, and only just a few hours or maybe a few days ago did he became conscious of his surrounding.
I don't even know what I am?
' A magical beast, A humen, A sprit, or A demon' and how did he knew these things... well he just did.
He knew all these things because of the memory he had after his birth, with all that jumbled or fragmented memory in his mind. It is quiet hard for him to understand or compherend them, but as long as he see something and he have a record of them in his mind he will know what that particular thing is.
He knows about the major races like the humens, the magical beast, he demons and many other.
'Ahh.. yes, it is called inherited memory or something ' he thought.
Now when he saw something new here he instantly knew what it was, It was a pond of light blue liquid.
"Ah. What do we call it " I mused as I got up and haded towards it.
"Hmm. Yes, I know... it's water. Right" I said to no one in particular as I reached the pond, I crouch down and scooped up a handful of the crystal-clear water in my hands from the pond. Reflecting the dim, ethereal glow of bioluminescent fungi clinging to the rocky cave walls, casting intricate shadows on the water's surface. The scene was bathed in a soft, otherworldly light, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and hidden wonde
As he stared at the crystal-clear water in his hands his knew that if he drink this water it would help him grow stronger because he could sense the high concentration of magical energy in it. Since not much time has passed since his birth so the more nutrients he consumes or in this case the more energy he absorbs the better. As he was birthed by some mythical phenomenon then he could not understand. He is highly sensitive to magical energy or mana and dose not require to eat or drink but as he has not reached the level where he can directly absorbed the mana in the atmosphere he has to use other medium to absorbe mana.
So, that is what he did, he drank the water in one gulp that was in his hands and scooped up another handful of water to drink.
The good things was that the water was not poisoned, he can only sense that the water has high magical energy density, but he can't tell if the water was harmful or poisoned or not, but so in the future when he learn about the existence of poison element what would his reaction would be when he remember this day.
It tasted quiet good, so I drank at least one third of the amount of crystal-clear water from the pond. Anyway the pond is quiet big like three to four meter in diameter and about a meter deep radiating an ethereal and otherworldly glow.
After drinking the water, he stood up and he can feel the magical energy in it being absorbed in his body making him feel reinvigorated and stronger. it was a unique and mysterious felling as if connecting me to something ethereal and profound, adding an air of mystery and tranquility to the scene. So I just stood there staring at the crystal-clear water. realeshing the feeling of peace and becoming stronger. The water itself shimmers with a subtle, otherworldly light, reflecting the warm ethereal glow of bioluminescent fungi clinging .
Then he turned around to see the opening leading out of the cave,but before leaving he took a last glance at the pond, and that was the first time he saw the reflection of himself in this serene pond of water as smooth as a mirror. Previously he was so thrilled and stirred by finding something new that he didn't even notice his own reflecting in the smooth surface of the mirror water.
He was naked top to bottom totally nude, his hight is about 1.8 meter tall with skin as dark and smooth as an obsidian jade, exuding an aura of mystery, His eyes are a captivating golden hue, reminiscent of a blazing sun, radiating a fierce intensity, white hair cascading down to his shoulders like ethereal threads, shimmering softly in the eerie and abyssal Darkness.
"So this is... how I look " I mused as I stared at my own reflection in the spiritual ponds crystal-clear water for a good while.....
when I reached the cave entrance and looked outside I was left breathless.
There in the dark and eerie atmosphere of this underground cavern, this was the first time I saw something like this, just hundred meters ahead was a four legged beast burning in flames casting a soft and ethereal glow on the walls all around it. It was my first time seeing something other than darkness in this ghostly cavern.
So shocked was I That I didn't even realize that the beast was looking at me with a predatory glint in it's eyes, only realizing that the beast was looking at me when I felt the heat of the otherworldly flames on my skin.
