Levi pressed the doorbell. A soft chime echoed inside, followed by movement. Footsteps approaching. A voice calling out.
"Coming!"
The door opened, revealing a young woman who looked to be in 17. Athletic with a high cheekbones, sharp eyes. Her cultivation aura revealed her as a Peak Level Genetic Soldier, standing right at the threshold of breakthrough to Fiend Warrior realm.
She looked at Levi with narrowed eyes, "Who are you?" she asked with a wary tone. "If you're looking for someone, you might have the wrong—"
It was at that moment she felt it. The invincible blade pressing down the edge of her throat. A single mistake and she would definitely die!
Her eyes widened and her face went pale. Sweat immediately started beading on her forehead.
The sedeath!
She took an involuntary step backward, hand moving toward the weapon in her spatial ring. But she managed to stop herself, forcing her body to remain still through sheer willpower even as her mind tried to recover.
