A glint flashed in Sengoku's eyes as he let out a cold, calculating laugh.
"Hmph, hmph, hmph… new pirates with bounties exceeding one hundred million Berries? This is excellent."
Sengoku carefully examined the bounty posters attached to the intelligence report, his gaze lingering on the defiant faces of the rookie pirates, and chuckled.
"These Supernovas are probably dissatisfied with Shirogai Yamikuro's bounty, which surpasses all other new pirates and already reaches Emperors Level. They are still new, yet this Marine-turned-pirate has become a 5 billion Berries powerhouse, unreachable by their generation. Very good. Let their arrogance lead them to their own downfall."
Sengoku envisioned the scene vividly: those proud Supernovas, provoked by the smiling man with a 5 billion Berries bounty, would inevitably challenge him and be effortlessly eliminated.
This was exactly what he wanted: Shirogai Yamikuro would become despised and reviled by pirates, yet also eliminate potential threats that could cause future trouble for the Marines. All from the sidelines, the Marines could achieve their goals without risking themselves.
"We must deploy Marines with sufficient power to maintain order," Sengoku said, his gaze falling on Garp.
"Crunch, crunch."
Garp, chewing on biscuits, noticed Sengoku's look and grinned broadly.
"Alright! Then I'll go! Perfect! I can launch cannonballs on Sabaody Archipelago and let those Celestial Dragons experience my skill!"
"Nonsense!"
Sengoku glared at Garp, exasperated.
"I know you despise the Celestial Dragons, but do not show it so blatantly. There is a Shichibukai present here!"
"Then let Kizaru or Aokiji handle it."
Sengoku pondered briefly.
"Crunch… what a pity," Garp shrugged, still grinning.
"I wanted to spar with that Kid Shirogai again!"
Sengoku thought to himself, If they finish their fight, Sabaody Archipelago might not survive. I should suggest to the higher-ups to recall the Celestial Dragons. If the Supernovas anger that monster, it's normal for one or two islands to be destroyed.
"Celestial Dragons! The lives of the World Nobles are truly precious! Ordinary people cannot compare," Garp sneered, pushing open the door casually and leaving.
Sengoku watched him go, sighing inwardly. We cannot change the rules of the world. We can only try to make life safer for ordinary people.
He lowered his head, gazing at a wanted poster in his hand, murmuring,
"Supernovas… I hope you won't disappoint me. Go and infuriate that monster… and meet your demise."
On the poster, defiant faces of several rookie pirates stared back:

Amidst a storm, a pirate ship resembling a cream cake drifted toward Sabaody Archipelago.
"What? The Arrogant Emperor is not only a Marine, but rumored to have been a Celestial Dragon?"
"Hmm, the underworld says that is true," a subordinate replied.
A female pirate, devouring chunks of meat, propped her legs on the deck and cursed through gritted teeth:
"Damn it, one of those filthy Celestial Dragons! If I ever see him, I won't let him escape!"
"Captain, b-but…" a subordinate stammered, pointing at the bounty on Shirogai's wanted poster.
"He's a Emperor Level monster with a 5 billion Berries bounty! You're only wanted for 140 million Berries…"
The pirate glanced disdainfully at Shirogai's smiling face on the poster and snorted.
"Hmph! Bounties don't mean anything! Gulp, gulp… the meat's almost gone! Bring more!"
This ravenous pirate was none other than Big Eater Jewelry Bonney, bounty of 140 million Berries.
"Bounty posters reflect strength; it's a universally acknowledged fact among strong pirates," her subordinate reminded, but the captain waved it off.
"I'll secretly find a way to ambush him, don't worry," Bonney said, patting her chest proudly.
"Uh… alright," the subordinate murmured, giving up.
Bonney chewed, but her heart felt empty. Dad… where are you?
"Meat! Five more plates!" she shouted, stomping in frustration, suppressing tears of longing for her absent father.

On the Banana Archipelago, shaped like a banana, a red-haired pirate leader squeezed a struggling enemy pirate by the neck.
"Mock my dream? That will cost you your life, idiot!" he snarled as the pirate suffocated and turned blue.
"Hehehe, Captain, that was too quick!" a subordinate said.
"Idiot, he's too weak to bother with a grand performance," the red-haired leader replied.
Whoosh!
A Massacre Soldier, wearing a blue and white striped mask, leaped from a destroyed pirate ship carrying intelligence.
"Kid, I found this," he said.
"Hmph, trash," the red-haired leader dismissed the corpse and turned to examine the documents with a sinister grin.
"Oh? A treasure map? Don't show me such nonsense!"
This was Captain Eustass Kid, bounty 315 million Berries. He flipped through the papers and smiled wickedly.
"Heh heh heh… a 5 billion Berries guy is heading to Sabaody Archipelago? This is perfect."
Kid stared at Shirogai's smiling photo, grinning.
"Hahahaha! If I take his head, my bounty will rise to 5 billion Berries too!"
He tossed the wanted poster into the air.
Creak!
A distant, sinking pirate ship twisted, breaking in half. Metal objects flew together, forming a massive fist that slammed down on the floating poster.
Crack!
Shirogai's photo shattered, crushed into the ground.
Boom!
The nearby crops, ready for harvest, were flattened and destroyed.
"Ah!!!"
Islanders trembled in terror, silent and frozen.
Ignoring the civilians, Kid turned his gaze toward Sabaody Archipelago, grinning defiantly.
"Heh heh, I'm truly lucky!"
