The cameras around the arena flash and turn on.
The masked guy looks at the camera directly.
Another figure steps into the arena.
The announcer starts, "And as today is the start of the International Battles, I would like the best of the best to show off the heat of the battle and what you're competing for. And of course, if they can beat anyone higher, then right there they will be promoted…"
The Blue gets ready, sits with one knee touching the ground.
Bam.
Jumps in the air.
Everybody starts to look at the Blue.
As he is in the air—
Bam, bam.
There are two more sounds of someone launching into the air.
There are two of them launching straight for Blue.
Zip.
Some of the TVs in the stadium start showing the rankings.
The two of them come flying through the air.
"I won't let this chance go ever," person 1 says.
"I have the same thing to say to you," Player 2 says
Player 1 gets faster than Player 2; he reaches Blue.
Blue lightly changes his stance, dodging the punch.
He grabs his wrist mid-air
Swish!
Bam!
A kick to the guy by Blue. Player 1 gets sent flying to the ground. Player 2 gets to blue, gets the same fate and gets kicked.
Boom!
Boom!
They both hit the ground and catch themselves.
and eye-to-eye contact with each other,
Blue lands on the ground safely with a confident stance, his scarf moves along with the wind.
Both player 1 and player 2 look at each other, the looks at Blue
"Okay then, Can you handle this?", both of them shout at the same time.
Crack! There is a cracking sound.
Woosh!
A strong wind
Blue blinks, and both of them are in front of him, with a heavy punch, coordinated.
Blue crouches down, dodging, hands on the ground, feet up with a tornado kick, the enemy launches in the air,
Player 2 hits the ground and shatters. As his name on the list gets grayed out.
Krrsshhh!
Both hands of player 1 start creating blades of ice.
Phew! Phew1
Throws it towards Blue, player 1 jumps mid-fall in the air, catches the knife as he breaks his fall.
Instantly he appears right before the knife tries hitting blue, but he catches it with his hand, Player 1 tries to hit him with the other, and he blocks the other blade with his arm, the ice blade shatters with just the touch of Blue
"What did he-?!" Player 1 gets surprised
Bugsh!
A heavy kick from Blue, the enemy, gets sent flying.
Blue spins.
The knife in his hand, he charges and throws at him.
Phew! Phew!
Mid-air, it stabs him
He falls, he shatters, "Eliminated" is announced.
Then other two come charging instantly.
They fight him one-on-one with hand-to-hand combat.
Kicks and punches are thrown at him as he blocks and dodges.
As they both throw a punch and a kick,
He catches both of them, his arms crossed—
One hand grabs the kick, the other the punch.
The impact of both makes a dent on the ground.
Blue smiles with a "Heh."
But the other two smile as well.
They trigger the elemental magic of their summons on their punch and kick.
One charges with the power of a tiger, and the other with the power of a dragon.
Both are using flame.
Kara gets launched, and he descends.
There is a bang! in the distance—
Wosh!
It's Blue. He launches, breaking the sound barrier.
The two get ready for a fight. Kara gets behind one guy, catches him.
As the other tries to attack with fire, he uses the guy in hand and throws him at the other.
The players hit each other so hard.
They shatter as they impact.
Both get eliminated.
"Nice try, you new ones, but to get me, you need to practice more," Blue says.
The real battle is still to come.
Seka runs into the audience seats.
"Chio, fast! You're too slow—we're going to miss them!"
Chio replies, "Hey Seka, that masked guy kind of looks familiar."
"Does he? I don't think so," she replies.
The battle starts to get intense.
The announcer announces, "And there, Mr. Grey just took on four guys and was the last one standing in a 4v1!"
A white haired guy with a very light skin, his bangs right about his eyes, with a cross earing on one ear of silver, and his eyes are grey, with a white long coat with pads on one side, emerges out of the a snow smoke, walks slowly.
"So it's here. Only three left." Grey whispers to himself
Grey runs to Blue. He jumps for a kick to the face.
Blue simply sits down and dodges.
Grey eliminates the guy standing behind Blue, who was ready to attack.
"So here it is—the top two players in Kikou International!" the announcer screams.
Both look at each other.
A small breeze passes as they stare into each other's faces.
"Are you ready?" Grey asks.
"So who's it gonna be?" the announcer says.
Both of them run at each other. They clash their swords.
Grey pulls a punch. Blue grabs the fist and directs it to the ground.
Boom! The ground gets dented, cracks forming into cubes.
Blue rolls behind Grey, grabs his cloak, and throws him into the air.
He dashes to Grey while he's midair. They clash in the air.
Kara kicks him while in the air.
Then Blue jumps midair to him. He catches him and throws—
Grey crashes into the ground as it cracks in a boxed shape, a large dust cloud rising.
Blue comes down. The dust clears in an instant.
He tries to kick—but Grey counterattacks with a punch instead, sending him off, and the ground blocks go flying up with the impact.
While the ground blocks are falling, Grey kicks them toward Blue.
There's a big flash—all the ground blocks thrown at him.
"You can't run away from this," Grey says, kicking the blocks.
Shine!
The blocks start shining.
"Oh, really? Then what about this?" Blue, in an instant, kicks the whole blocks and shatters them in mid-air, as he simply takes a walk in front of Grey.
"Still got that energy, huh?" says Grey with a smile.
"This is just nothing. Want to go all out?" Blue speaks.
Both stand still as they look at each other.
"This is the final showdown of our first pre-match! So, Mages, are you ready?"
Swoop!
There is a sound from one of the pillars of the arena.
WZZZZZZZZZZ!
A laser starts coming from the wand of a mage standing on the pillars.
He casts some spells.
Similarly,
More of the pillars start to send lasers; they touch the barrier of the arena.
The barrier glows with a golden color, radiating the whole barrier with little sparks. Two more barriers form out of the first one.
"Here I go. Unseal 3," Blue says.
Crack!
"Okay then. Unseal 3," Grey says.
Crack!
The whole arena gets heavy with magic. Some barely keep up standing.
One of the audience starts speaking, "There is a barrier... yet we can still feel their powers."
Blue slowly starts glowing as the pressure decreases outside the barrier.
His mask's eye holes and mouth hole start leaking blue mana in the form of smoke.
Blue is in front of Grey in a single frame.
As Blue approaches him, they both clash on the ground, sending many pieces of the ground into the air.
Grey also leaks white smoke from his mouth and eyes.
People lose their sight as they clash in the air.
They both clash again.
Grey slashes.
Blue dodges and strikes as the wind around changes into ice blades.
Grey cuts through every strike.
They both teleport to the ground.
In their hands, they create swords.
They instantly make weapons and clash their weapons.
"It's time, isn't it, Kara?" Grey speaks.
"It's Blue," says Kara.
Both burst into elements and clash. Blue throws gray blocks that are in the air.
Grey hits the block, shattering it. He gets into a T-pose with his body.
"Okay then," he says. His body slowly starts fading into the snow.
"Haa…"
A cold sound echoes throughout the stadium.
He appears behind Kara.
Kara quickly notices Grey and gives a kick. Grey blocks it and slams him into the ground.
As he is lying on the ground looking at the sky, the sky starts filling with fog.
Grey tries to stab him but—
"Ouh, sorry, but it's over," says Kara, and catches him off guard as he catches his leg and throws him
Swish!
Bam!
Woosh!
Bang!
Punching him in the air.
Grey and Kara come out of the fog ball.
Grey shatters in the air.
"And once again we see 13lue Devil at his moment," the announcer hypes up the whole stadium.
