The quarrel between Eutostea and Aphelius became big news. The maids’ whisperings also reached the two princesses’ ears who were enjoying a relaxing hot bath in the bathhouse. Before they got to know the detailed story behind it, Askitea and Hersia were also figuring out on their own about their youngest sister’s recent blunt and sulky behaviors.
“Pouring the wine on her might have been too much. Right? Did she get annoyed because of that?”
“Nah, that’s ridiculous.”
Hersia shook her head, feeling nonsense, but then she asked back with an uncertain look in her eyes.
“Really? No way. She isn’t that type of girl who’d become sulky because of those things. I wish she was rather sensitive though. Our youngest sister… Her problem is being too impassive…” Hersia murmured, scratching her chin.
