Ryoma walked past many clan members on his way to the uzukages office some carrying documents while others were receiving or reporting about missions.
As ryoma made his way through the last corridor to his destination the large double doors of the village heads office came into view. 2 Uzumaki clansman stood on either side of the door both dressed in the clan/villages traditional black shinobi garb and Grey apron like metal amour.
"Ryoma-Sama!" Both gaurds greeted in unison their heads dipping slightly in deference to his position as the grandson of the 5th elder of the clan/village.
"Greetings to you both is the uzukage busy?" Replied ryoma as he stopped before the door.
The gaurd on the left shook his head. "No the only thing the came up was the regular high status missions."
The gaurd of the right gave a knock on the door before entering not to long later he stepped back outside and gestured for ryoma to enter.
Nodding and bidding both a good day he entered the office seeing the uzukage ashina Uzumaki sitting behind a large ornate desk placed before a large glass window on the walls were the pictures and sketches of previous clan leaders.
"Oh ryoma-kun how may I help you?" The voice of ashina smooth, deep lined with the sound of wisdom asked as he set aside the documents he was reviewing.
"Greetings Uzukage-Sama!" Said ryoma with a bow to which said man waved off before gesturing to sit.
Ryoma did as told before fishing out the 4 scrolls he brought for this conversation.

Back in the 5th elders residence a man who looked to be in his mid 20s with long straight crimson hair and deep purple pupiless eyes entered an office belong to his father.
The man who looked no older than his mid 50s looked up from his work to see his youngest son and the father of ryoma.
This old man was Uzumaki Jun the 5th elder of the Uzumaki clan.
"Akashin I'm surprised you aren't caught up in training like you usually are?" Jun said with a quirked brow.
Akashin rubbed the back his head sheepishly. "Um sorry about being so busy tou-san but I came to let you know that ryoma went to pay the patriarch a visit most likely to have a discussion on his ideas." He said his face becoming serious now as the conversation turned to the protection of the clan.
Jun who heard akashins words nodded silently before leaning back in his chair. "This is what war does to us, ryoma is a smart child an expert in fuinjutsu by the time he was ready for the field during the recent war and now that he has free time his brilliant mind which was once caught up by the war now runs free." Said Jun with a grandfatherly smile.
A proud smile spread across akashins face as well unlike other clans that members would become jealous hearing their children or young of the clan being praised the Uzumaki clan placed great emphasis on family especially their young.
"I hope his ideas are accepted, some of them are quite good and would do the clan and village good in the long run!" Said Jun.

"So ryoma-kun what is it that you wish to speak to me about." Ashina asked.
"As you may know I was among those who were sent to the front lines to assist konoha in the war." Said ryoma as he pulled the first scroll out the 1 marked project academy.
Ashina nodded as all request for field deployment have to go through himself before anyone could leave.
"While there I heard news of konohas development and found a few ideas beneficial to any village to adopt." Said ryoma as he handed the scroll to ashina.
"First was an academy to centralize training of young talent and those who wish in general to become shinobi, where the villages head/kage acts as the official Dean of the academy and a jonin placed as the deputy Dean to manage the day to day management of the academy along with chunin level shinobi to teach classes while the more serious things like team placements and the likes are done by the kage.
Another thing was tobiramas idea of creating a shinobi level system and mission difficulty system.
The lowest would be gennin just after graduation from the academy then the middle class shinobi would be called chunin and lastly the highest level would be jonin."
