I was officially a stalker.
It was what I had been reduced to.
I wondered if Ivan could tell that I had been hot on his trail for the last couple of days—tracking his every moment— waiting for him to finally vacate his study.
Seriously, how much work did he have to do that kept him locked away for hours on end? He wasn't even alpha yet.
Of course, he didn't have a clue that I had been keeping a close eye on him.
If he did, he definitely would have given me shit about it by now.
His unhealthy attachment to his study was distracting and not in a good way. Or perhaps my impatience was finally beginning to take a toll on me.
Again, I also couldn't help but notice how strange he'd been acting lately, especially when it came to Asha.
With Asha, it was like Ivan became to totally different person whenever he was around our pup. His broody coldness was easily replaced by a smiling and utterly besotted look.
