Jay searching for a cave near his village, took quite a while before he finally found one that suited his needs.
It wasn't that Jay was picky, or that he had difficulty finding caves.
In fact, Jay had found several caves much closer to his village, but regardless of the circumstances, they didn't meet his needs.
Either the entrance was too small, the depth was relatively shallow, or the path made it difficult for people to enter.
So, in the end, Jay had to find a cave with a much better situation.
And finally, Jay found a cave on the border between the forest to the east of the village and the forest to the west.
Where he found the cave, Jay found it to be the most suitable cave for his needs.
The cave was behind a mound of bushes that looked quite tall; if not for the help of his spatial scan, Jay was certain he wouldn't have found it.
After successfully locating it, Jay discovered that the cave entrance was quite spacious, about 4 meters wide and one and a half to two meters high.
This made the cave seem perfect for storing items to be given to his family and village.
Furthermore, as Jay explored the cave, he found that the area inside seemed quite spacious, from what he could see.
There was at least 100 to 200 meters of open space, ideal for temporary storage.
Furthermore, Jay also discovered several additional spaces within the cave, which appeared to be separate rooms with limited space.
After confirming that the cave was not too damp and that no water was seeping in, and that he had found no signs of wild animal activity inside, he felt relieved and marked the cave. Afterward, he restored the cave's exterior to its original appearance.
He then decided to return to the village to inform his family of his arrangements.

That afternoon, at Grandpa Jay's house, another meeting was taking place after Grandpa Jay returned from a meeting at the village hall.
He asked all the adult members of his extended family to gather together to prepare for the impending emergency.
"Has Jay returned yet?" Grandpa Jay asked Paul, Jay's father.
"Not yet, Dad, maybe soon," Paul replied.
"Ask him to come to my house immediately. When he returns, I have something important to ask him," the grandfather replied.
"Yes, Dad, I have made arrangements for Ameno to await Jay's arrival and ask him to come here immediately upon his return," Paul replied.
"Good, then let's discuss the meeting I just attended…" Then Grandpa Jay, William Junior, began to recount the contents of the meeting he had attended with the village chief and others.
From Grandpa Jay's account, it was learned that there was credible news that a large number of refugees had entered the neighboring area.
The initially orderly refugee situation then turned chaotic when they discovered that many of them had not received food aid.
In a desperate attempt to survive, they began looting several villages surrounding the city.
Panic ensued, and chaos spread. The authorities attempted to suppress this.
Unfortunately, for various reasons, the response was delayed, leaving much of the chaos behind when the government attempted to quell it.
The village head then agreed, along with other village elders, to declare a state of martial law throughout the village.
The militia was ordered to be active 24/7 guarding the village entrances and exits, as well as strategic areas that could potentially access the village.
The militia was also ordered to guard the supply warehouse and weapons depot in the village.
The remaining villagers were urged not to leave the village unless absolutely necessary.
Any relatives of villagers visiting the village were subject to preliminary inspection and interrogation by the village militia.
Before they were declared harmless and safe to enter the village.
However, although the village allowed villagers to accept their relatives from outside the village, the village did not I have an obligation to provide assistance by providing food to them.
In other words, every village member who accepts a family member from outside the village is obligated to provide for their own family members' needs.
Finally, if the number of outsiders visiting the village reaches a predetermined limit, regardless of how close the villagers are to their relatives, they will be refused entry.
After hearing his grandfather's explanation, those present expressed serious concern about the village's decisions.
The adults, of course, understood the seriousness of the problem far more than young people like Jay and his cousins.
This only signified that a state of emergency like that of a dozen years ago seemed to be occurring again.
The village must protect its own residents and their interests from anything that could potentially destabilize the village.
Even more worrying was the imminent food shortage, which would cause even more panic than the current situation.
Meanwhile, Jay's mother and several in-laws in William's extended family were worried about their relatives.
Especially those in the areas the refugees had passed through, they were now wondering how their relatives were doing. Are they okay? Or will they come to their village to take refuge?
If they were coming to take refuge in their village, when would they arrive? What would they provide for their relatives who were taking refuge, when they were faced with a shortage of food for their families and helping their relatives in distress?
Everyone looked thoughtful, their expressions serious, and no one could imagine what would happen next.
"Let's not dwell on unimportant matters. For now, let's do what we agreed upon.
Since Jay is confident that he can get food even at a high price, we need to build a cellar immediately and ask him to contact vendors who are willing to sell food to him as quickly as possible.
So, let's decide how much food we will buy first?" Jay's grandfather then spoke and made the arrangements immediately.
After listening to Grandpa Jay's instructions, everyone present began to discuss quietly with their respective families.
To determine how much food their families would need to buy.
