After all the unevenly events had passed away, Valoria moved on with its life.
The guardians did a great job of always protecting the garden.
Yes, as they all knew crystals are a source of their magical uniqueness and they were quite true but no one could ever imagine the truth that lies in these crystals not until one day the crystals couldn't shine as bright as they are supposed to.
Everyone was anxious about this situation but laid all there hope in Lana the crystal garden guardian and her two helpers now Rylan and Darlius.
Lana could barely connect anything to this incident. Only she could hear from all the villagers was this had never happened before.
So confused and clueless, she was sent to another mission. This time round not by the council of elders or the villagers but by the mystical ancestral book. She had to dive into it magically and that meant she was half dead and half alive.
Her soul went to the mystical adventure and her body remained lying at rest as if she was dead. The story began with the arise of the crystal garden. She was taken deep to where the crystal garden came to existence from. Long ago the greatest white witch known as Astrid lived in Valoria.
Her tears weren't just normal drops of water. Every drop of her tear was a glittering crystal. He so much loved this village that she made sure not even the scent of danger can smell in Valoria. She highly protected it. She spent most of her time casting protection spells on people and Valoria and also mixing herb portions for better health and protection.
She had the ability to treat every illness that existed on earth. She was not only the greatest witch but also the Goddess of cure and harmony. One day as she was exploring the forest to look for more curing herbs, she came across a young and very handsome man. He was a true prince charming lying on the ground and wounded. He turned out to the lost prince from the kingdom of Lysander.
He had gone missing for a couple of days. Astrid gently carried the Prince charming to her crystal manor where she gave him all the kind of treatment that he needed to cure. Days past and finally the Prince was awake.
This was the first time in the history of Valoria to hear that the Greatest witch had fallen in love. She was entwined in affection the first time she set her eyes to the Prince.
" Hi, my name is Thane, the crown Prince of Lysander, thanks for saving my life," The Prince introduced himself to Astrid.
No need to mention it, it's my responsibility to make sure everyone is safe and by the way my name is Astrid. " So when are you going back to your kingdom," Astrid asked the Prince.
Unexpectedly the Prince's face immediately became groovy. " I don't have plans of going back I don't know if it's ok if I stay you here," Thane asked pleadingly.
Since Astrid had already fallen short of words , she just agreed to Thane's request.
They both made expeditions to different mountains in such of herbs. They were wonderful and she always had great time with the Prince.
Soon enough the Prince confessed his feelings towards Astrid and Astrid could only agree with what the Prince had said. She said yes to Thane and they lived a happy life with the people of Valoria. She loved the people and so they loved her too.
Astrid was too protective that she never wanted any harm to come to people of Valoria and especially Thane.
One day, Astrid cast a spell that sent her to deep sleep and only the Lotus flower could save her.
Lotus flowers were believed to grow at the edges of Northern Lysander. Thane had to risk his life in order to save the love of his life.
And so, Thane set out for this journey and succeedingly he entered Northern Lysander and he managed to get the flower.
Little did he know that it was a trap set for him by his malicious cousin who wanted to take the throne but this was only possible if Thane was dead. He tried several times kill Thane but always he managed to escape but this time round Thane had less chances of surviving.
Thane had a pigeon in his castle and it could sense his presence whenever in Lysander and that's how his malicious cousin found him.
Thane placed the Lotus flower on the crows of the pigeon and tied a piece of his cloth with Astrid's piece of cloth that he tore from her dress and also placed them on the pigeon's
crows and sent it to go where it sensed Astrid's presence.
Luckily the pigeon reached and gave the Lotus flower to the elderly ladies of the village who directly squeezed it's water into Astrid's mouth. Not so long, Astrid woke up and only to find when Thane isn't around.
She used her magic to spot his direction and through her magical mirror, she was able to see Thane trapped by wolves and the
soldiers.
Astrid knew that she would be late for his rescue and so she used astral projection to talk to Thane. She told him how much he meant to her and she loved him so much. Thane couldn't reply but by the look on his face you could only tell that he was feeling the same way too.
One of the soldiers shot an arrow into Thane's arm and all the wolves attacked him and preyed on him.
His cousin was so happy to witness this because soon he would be next king.
After Astrid witnessing this, she decided to end her life so that he could meet Thane in the after life. She used her wand to stub herself in the chest.
Her soul vanished like dust and her body broke down into crystals. The crystals spread around the village. Astrid could no longer protect the village herself but used her nature( the crystals ) to protect the village.
Guardianship of the crystal garden passed from one family to another and they are always chosen by Astrid.
Astrid was so strong but she could only be weakened by vervain plant.
Many witches wanted to destroy Valoria and put it under their control but had always failed to break the barrier shield of Valoria.
They formed a group where they made enough research of how to destroy Astrid and her powers.
Finally they got the remedy and now they are spreading the vervain powder in Valoria.
The crystals are weakened by vervain and they are not longer as bright as they should. The shield is partly damaged by this powder and soon the evil witches are about to break into Valoria. Astrid is no longer as powerful as she was to fight for Valoria and now it's the work of the guardian to restore her powers.
This was also discovered by Lana who was sent into another dimension magically to discover the root cause of the problem now.
Lana came back to her normal self from the spiritual sleep and explained everything to all the elders and she was only waiting for their permission to set out for Valoria and Astrid's rescue.
