As Sid settles into the fact that he really is in his dream world, more questions keep poppin' up in his brain.
"If this is really the dream world, how do I get out? Do I need to die, just like how I been waking-up for the past 5 years? Or will I truly die?" He thought.
"If I kill the monster in this world, will I gain experience points? Or if I level-up here, will it reflect in my real self on Earth?"
As more questions and less answers he can formulate he decided to look at his system to gain clues if there are any.

As he look, he at the system interface he gain some clues on his predicament. His skill has another cooldown and a whopping 8 days was displayed. Does this mean he has to spent eight days in this dream world before he can go back to Earth?
" WHAT THE F***!!? What will happen to my real self if I have to sleep for the whole eight days?" He panicked? "The landlord will probably bust the door of my unit if I would not be able to pay rent."
"It would be lucky if he'll take me to the hospital thinking that I'm in a coma but what if he just tosses me to the back alley! " Sid worriedly thought to himself.
As he thought that there will be no point of thinking too much he decided to just go with the flow and start to explore of what wonders his skill will bring him. Thinking that since this is the foundational skill of his Seed of Power, he should start thinking on what are the advantages the skill could give him and not think about any negative aspects.
Since the skill provided him a world full of monsters he might as well try and gain some experience points. He does not have full confidence in this plan, but he has nothing else to do for the eight days he has to wait for the end of the cooldown of Kingdom of Dreams.
He starts equipping his gears and weapon in preparation for his hunt. He recalls all the experiences of his other self during his spectating and decided that for the first few levels he would start with hunting slimes since they are the most numerous and easy to kill. His dream self was able to kill a slime in one strike, if a critical hit was triggered which shows how little hp the slime has. The slime is also one of the weakest monster in the meadow and it has a very predictable attack patterns. He again looks at his attributes before he starts.

Feeling a little nervous, he swings his machete a few times before looking at the meadow for a stray slime. As he looks, he saw a slime a few meters away from the others. He crouches low on the ground and started to sneak around to get behind the bouncing blue slime. As he inches closer to his target.

The sound of bouncing slime grew louder. His heart started to beat faster and louder.

He is getting nervous, this is the first time he will again be facing a monster up close after his disastrous venture against the monster hog, a few years back. He knew that the blue slime is much weaker than the monster hog but his heart still felt like it was about to pop out of his chest.

He inhaled before rushing and slashing the back of the bouncing blue slime with his machete. A red number registered at the top of the slime.

The slime squealed and burst in to lights.
A monotonous robotic voice sounded on Sid's head.
"You killed a blue slime. Obtained:

experience points - 10"
"YES!!!! " He could not help but to exclaim. he really killed a monster and obtain loots from it. And most importantly he gained experience points. He cannot help but to look at his system again.

"Now this changes everything" he mused at himself smiling. "I just need to kill nine more blue slime to level up."
Sid is now revising his plans. If his gains in the dream world will translate to his true self on Earth, then he would scrap his plans to sneak on the monster zones on earth and he will focus his leveling in the dream world. It would lessen the dangers that he will face on Earth before he gains the strength to face them.
With that he gained a whole lot of motivation to hack and slash every monster in the meadows to gain levels.
"I will hunt every monster in this meadow until he became a rank A hunter. " he thought to himself.
He then continued to look for individual slimes who stray away from their groups. He again sneakily approaches it from behind to ensure a critical hit. He does not get too confident for he knows that one wrong move will spell his demise.
