"Where the heck am I? "
As James opened his eyes he saw a bright figure, the figure was shinning so bright.. That he could bearly see.
"Welcome James, I was expecting you" the entity said.
"Hah!, and here I thought I have seen everything.. I guess not, I suppose and can check this out of my bucket list" said James
"So.. why have you been waiting for me, I don't even know you"
James wondering if this was some kind of crazy dream.
"This isn't a dream" said the entity.
"How did you? " the surprise James said
"Right now I can read your thoughts" the entity replied.
"If I were you, I would stay out of my head.. If you don't wanna get traumatized" James replied in a stoic tone
"That's not your choice to make, now let's get down to business.. The reason you are here is because you died, so I am going to reincarnate you into another world... A world where the extraordinary becomes the ordinary, a world where anything is possible"
The entity explained everything to James, how he got here and the world he is going to be reincarnated in.
"So let me get this straight.. The reason why I am getting abilities and also being reincarnated is because you are doing some kind of survey to see what happens when a depressed and broken minded person like my self would do if I was given superpowers stronger than everyone else in a world full of abilities? "
"Yes, after all...this is your chance to be born anew.. No more suffering, no more debts, no more being a nobody, with this chance you can now change your life for the better" the entity replied.
James was stroking his chin, thinking if he was making a deal with the devil, after all nothing is free.
"Don't worry about that this is a survey remember, by the way why did you choose Abilities instead of unlimited money? " said the entity.
"In a world ruled with strange abilities, there is bound to be a hierarchy system ranging from the weak to the strong... Money is probably not that important and besides with the strongest ability.. I can even make money" James replied with a Corning evil smile.
He asked the entity to tell him some little details like. What is the power system, and if it's only humans that inhabit the world.
"It isn't only humans.. They are creatures called chaos bringer.. They rank from amounts of stars in their name, the 1 star chaos bringer is the weakest, followed by 2 star, 3 star, 4 star and then the strongest and not so common is the 5 star chaos bringer..this monsters can destroys city..bring down mountains and with enough amount of time can even level continents"
"But luckily.. Humans have evolved and have now have the ability to fight against them" said the entity
James was processing all this, thinking how his boring life can now be over.. But still he misses his mother, being all alone in another world.
