In the group apartment one can just rent it with 10 points per month. If it is an independent apartment he needs at least 100 points per month. For a villa he needs a 10 thousand points to rent it for a month.
The problem is that it is only rent and not the buying price. They cannot buy things here. This is because no one wants to live here permanently. It is good to live but the problem is that living here requires karma points and karma points require them to enter fantasy world.

In fantasy world more skills you have the better. If Vicky has a very sharp shooting skill or a knife wielding skill then he might be able to killed more zombies with less amount of strength without exhausting quickly in a zombie fantasy world.

Other than these areas there are special areas with hell messengers. Here you can use points to buy few special things or sell things you got from the fantasy world. Also you can get the reincarnation opportunity from here.
You can even buy a return of reincarnation opportunity. That is if you die after reincarnation you can come back here to earn points and reincarnate again. All these things are available there. There is also a general market area.
That is players can sell their goods here for points instead of selling it at the hell's booth. It is like private transactions or a black market. But it is advised to buy at hell's booth instead of this place.
