One is the resurrection stone that can help him revive even if he died and get one more chance. He has already checked the function of that before with system notification. The other is the invisibility cloak. He wanted to stitch it up to form a proper cloak and use it in other worlds.
It is something even death could not find. So naturally it is the best thing to use if one day he enters a fantasy world like the final destination. There the death can come at any time and in any form. He is not stupid enough to get killed.
Still this would be an extra layer of insurance in most cases. Since it is auxiliary equipment, it should not be a problem to take it. Even the resurrection stone can only be used once per person per world and it is only for 2 people at most.
If you are revived with the resurrection stone then you don't have to fear penalty. It is like returning back to the pre save point. But here the progress would move on and you would revive after death. These items are really valuable.
As for the elders wand it is not in the items that can be taken. You can play with it in this world but you cannot take it out because this item is filled with the death energy. As long as you carry it, there is more than 90 percent chance that you will be targeted by death.
It would happen irrespective of the world you are in and if you are in a world that is specifically related to death like the final destination then we can only say
"Sorry you can cut in the line to be the first one to die without any competition." That is how dangerous the situation with this wand it. Dobby doesn't want to take. The items when taken by a player will show some information if they can be taken.
That is only if they have the opportunity to have the quest like he had that would allow him to take an item out of this place.
