"Ugh, where am I?"
I looked around to see nothing but the empty void. It was pitch black, and it filled me with loneliness.
I started to try to remember what happened to make me end up in a place like this.
Suddenly, a pang in my head occurred, and I started to remember everything, from my happy memories to my bad ones, and all the anime and novels I watched and read.
I just sat there waiting for some random god to pop up and make me reborn into another world.
An unknown amount of time passed and I just sat there in the void, lonely and bored.
I thought about all my experiences and even did some math equations in my head. Next thing I knew I started to feel a weird goey slimy sensation all over my body and it was honestly surprising.
Oh, so I did reincarnate. I better not be some bird since it feels like I'm in an egg. I kept feeling the sensations around me and then after some time passed I felt I grew bigger by a large margin.
I felt my head and butt against the ceiling, stretched, saw cracks and got up.
I jumped, excited to escape, and fell into a puddle. I got up and looked at my reflection, surprised to see a black scaled dragon.
"Holy shit! I'm a dragon?"
I continued to check myself out. "Damn I'm really a dragon eh? Oh well." I shrugged and I walked around, paying close attentions to my surroundings. I then spotted a large purple scaled snake, that seems to be the size of a school bus.
And I don't know why but I have a feeling that I want to eat it. While I was musing the large snake spotted me and then rushed towards me.
"Holy crap!! That big thing saw me! I don't want to die but I feel like I want to eat it." As the snake is arms length from me I jumped up dodging its attack.
I landed on the snake's body and the feeling to eat got worse, so I gave in and took a bite of it, ripping through its tough scales and flesh with ease.
I continued to eat the gigantic snake alive and I felt that my size was growing and some sort of energy inside me was growing too.
Time passed and I laid inside the giant snake's skeleton. But my hunger wasn't satisfied. I frowned and got up but I felt stronger and I could feel the energy inside me getting bigger and a bit denser. "Wow that was a great meal but why am I so damn hungry!?"
I got up and pondered why I gained strength from eating that snake. I shook my head and then continued my journey.
Not too long later I saw another giant snake but it had read scales and I saw it cooking a giant spider alive with its fire breath.
I gulped hungrily and I slowly walked up to the giant snake planning on ambushing it. I stealthily move towards the giant snake while it's distracted with its meal. And i pounced when I got within arms length from the giant fire snake. I bit the snake and started to eat it alive. But this time I felt fire gushing out of its scales. I felt something coming out of my throat and stopped eating and left my mouth open to see a poison breath?
The snake writhed with pain until it stopped moving lying there because of my poison breath.
I did the same thing and devoured the red giant snake alive, I felt the same sensation again. I felt like I was growing in size and power and I felt like I could control fire. I was at least 2.3 meters tall.
"So damn I really can grow and get strong by eating monsters? "
