The problem came when he tried to understand and redefine the Spirit Transformation Techniques.
The problem was that first you need to make the body as your anchor, that was for two reasons.
First so that your body and your soul can reattach after the soul gets out of the body.
The second was to allow the soul to control and have chakra which get transmitted from the body to the soul through this anchor.
Just as he was thinking, he a loud voice coming from Kushina.
"What's going on, why is Naruto living alone when he is only three years old child."
Kushina was questioning Minato with an angry and painful expression.
Minato looked at kushina with a solemn face and said.
"I'm sorry kushina, it seems that the village knows about him being the jinchuriki. And probably, the third hokage want to isolate him so that he can be the light in his heart and control him in the future."
Kushina was shocked and asked
"What are you talking about?. Why would he do that.?."
"Well, the village right now is in an extremely weakened state. Sakumo and I died. The sannins left the village for various reasons. So there's no high end deterrent power to the outside world except the third hokage himself and the jinchuriki."
Although kushina understood what Minato meant but that doesn't relieve her pain in any form.
"We died to protect them and sacrificed our son future for them , but this is how they paid us back?"
Minato looked at ground with a great indignation and shame as he was also furious about Konoha treatment of Naruto.
Jack saw that the situation doesn't look good and said.
"Kushina san, Minato, I know that this is infuriating situation but can you listen to some of words first."
Kushina and Minato looked towards Jack and Minato said.
"Of course, go a head Jack."
Jack gave a small smile and said.
"Although I know this wrong but Naruto doesn't need to be in this situation for a long time if we can communicate with him."
Kushina asked in a hurry.
"What do mean."
"I mean if we can bring Naruto to here , we can change the entire situation "
Kushina was excited and was about to ask when Minato said in a deep voice
"I don't think this is a good idea."
Kushina looked at Minato in shock as she didn't believe what he was saying.
Minato continued
"Although it's hard for us to watch and harder for him to live in this environment, but based on what you told us, this experience will shape him to become the man he meant to be. If we changed this situation, he might deviate from his path and fail in saving the the ninja world and become the savior that he was destined to be."
Kushina was confused as what Minato was talking about.
Jack looked at Minato and shook his head.
"No, I wouldn't be worried about that. Minato, although I can't grantee that Naruto wouldn't fall, you overlooked something. I think that naruto's experience didn't help him much except in two main things. First is of course his relationship with kurama. Kurama witnessing the treatment that Naruto got from his fellow villagers and him overcoming it and keeping true to his heart was the reason why kurama was able to overcome the hatred inside his heart. But kurama doesn't need this now.
Second his relationship with Sasuke, but as we are working towards changing the Uchiha future, he won't need this too.
But let's say you are right and we need naruto to forge a strong will like the original. That's easy to be achieved.
First, him recognizing hatred and malice from the world. Well, with kurama here , he wouldn't fail to notice the malice towards him.
Second, to have an anchor and someone to fill his empty heart that's filled with hatred and discrimination. Although I like Iruka but he isn't his parent and with Kushina and well you, Minato ,although I remember him punching you when you met in future."
Kurama immediately laughed.
"Hahahaha, yeah that was a good punch. He punched him immediately after knowing that he was his father "
Kushina was shocked and confused about what they talking as Minato only told her the reason why he wake her up early and that Jack helped Kurama and now with kurama help they can keep existing and watch Naruto, so she got excited and began to watch Naruto without hearing the rest.
"Guys, what are talking about and when did Minato meet Naruto.?"
But Jack interrupted her to continue his speech.
"Well, Minato will explain but after we finish talking about this. So as I was saying, Naruto really doesn't need to go through this experience, not to mention the fact that we need to train him to become much stronger than the original timeline so we will need to get in contact with him."
Minato wanted to say something but when he looked at kushina he paused. Then he sighed and said .
"Kurama can you show kushina."
Kurama didn't even think about it and said
"No, not happening "
Minato looked at kurama with helpless in his eyes. When he connected with kurama he how kushina treated him. So although kurama has overcome his hatred, he suffered a lot of grief from Kushina and it's easy to understand not wanting to help.
Kushina of course being known as hot pepper temper began to get angry.
"Hey, kurama. What is wrong ?. Why don't you want to help?."
Kurama wasn't known for his good temper too and furiously said.
"Hehehe, did you forget what you have done to me when I was imprisoned inside you. Did you forget how you hanged me to a bulldozer and never left me to any form of freedom when you got angry. So yeah , you can forget about me helping you. I have done more than enough not taking pleasure in your misery."
Kushina was silent by kurama outburst and after a while she move closer to him and said.
"I'm sorry for everything that I have done to you. I know I misunderstood you the whole time and caused you a lot of pain "
Kurama was taken back as when she got near him he thought they get onto a fight.
After staying silent for a while he looked at Jack who smiled and said.
"I understand your struggle but remember, you are kurama and a senior and guardian for the whole ninja world, as senior you have a duty to forgive juniors mistakes and try to lead them to the better version of themselves. Although not everyone deserve a second chance, but in front of you is a mother in pain for her child and willing to put away her pride for her child, so can you forgive yourself if you walked away without helping her.?"
Kurama stayed silent for a while and nodded. The reason he wasn't willing to forgive kushina was also because she has malice in her heart and it was towards him but it was understandable as he also killed her and her husband and was one of the causes for her child situation. Unlike Minato who achieved inner peace while listening to Jack and kurama sessions, this would be a new experience to him as he would connect with someone who has malice and didn't overcome the darkness in her heart.
Kushina looked at kurama first and bumped her first with his. After a while she opened her eyes in shock and immediately looked at Minato.
Minato smiled and nodded saying.
"It's true. I know it sounds impossible but there's no way someone can create a whole world as a background fabrication into someone else's memory."
Kushina couldn't formulate words as she was speechless about the whole situation. But first she turned to kurama and said.
"I'm truly sorry for what I have done, if you to torture me as a pay back for how I treated you, I understand. I also want to thank you for helping Naruto and now trying to save the ninja world."
Kurama looked at her and saw her malice towards him has vanished and that she was sincere with her words, so he acted as a wise man.
"Maturity starts when you'd rather fix a mistake than hide it.The first step toward amendment is honest confession. The second is restitution. But remember,Real strength lies not in pride, but in humility before truth"
Kushina was taken back by kurama words and didn't understand what he was talking about and thought he was making fun of her , sho she yelled at him.
"Hey you dumb fox , if you want to torture or hit me , I'm fine with it but don't try to confuse me with words to make look stupid or I will kill you."
Kurama forgot everything he learned from Jack and immediately began to gather chakra to launch a bomb but kushina didn't back down and started to release her chains from her back.
Just as they were about to clash , Minato flashed and transferred the tailed beast bomb and repelled the chains in a heartbeat. He could have used a sealing technique to immobilize kurama but he knows that kushina was in the wrong so he didn't.
"Calm down, kurama. Kushina , kurama wasn't making fun of you, he meant that he accepted your apology. Kurama, you too using a Bijūdama is over the top."
"Hmph"
Kushina was embarrassed and couldn't help but say in indignation
"So why not just say that instead of those complicated words."
"How could I have known you would be this stupid that you misunderstood my gracious words to be ungracious."
This caused another conflict but without attacking each other this time.
Unknown to everyone that when Minato transferred the Bijūdama , when it exploded, the chakra run rampant inside naruto. Naruto felt discomfort and unconsciously his mind sank towards the origin of the chakra.
It was night and the Anbu keeping watching over Naruto sensed chakra outburst but when they investigated they didn't find anything. The reason they didn't think that this kurama chakra because it was devoid of any malice and was only small amount so they reported the situation to the third hokage but he thought it just a small burst of the kyubi and it passed.
Danzo however was unable to sit around and be passive when he can make trouble.
He immediately went to The Hokage building and entered without knocking.
"Hiruzen, the jinchuriki is losing control because of his new living situation, you should know that if the kyubi get freed, there's no one that can stand against him right now, unless you want to trust the Uchiha. So you should hand him to me so that I can began his training in the root and make him a powerful weapon for the village."
Hiruzen looked at Danzo like he is looking at moron and said.
"Danzo, you are getting all worked up for nothing. This was only a small episode caused by a small outburst by the kyubi. It's normal as you would expect from the nine tails , the strongest tailed beast in the world.
Second, your root ninja training method is powerful for normal ninja but you know that darkness and jinchuriki don't mix. If anything, they should be avoided or to overcome it not embracing it. Especially the kyubi that has extraordinary sensory abilities towards darkness and malice. As you know from mito sama that she was able to malice from anyone that comes near her.
So if you put Naruto in the root,it would be like handing the kyubi the key to his freedom, so stop with your stupid suggestions.
I will check on him tomorrow and make sure everything is alright."
"Hehehe, so you think because I'm the darkness of Konoha, I can't control him. But how are you any different Hiruzen, or do you think you are still the light of Konoha and as pure as you were when we were young."
Hiruzen looked at him for a while then said with a stern face.
"you should knock before you enter next time . This the hokage office. So you have to show respect, this the last time, Danzo "
Danzo looked at his friend and while narrowing his eyes, he said.
"The previous jinchuriki were failures, they couldn't control its power with the old method, so we should try new methods. The village is now weakened and there's no high end combat abilities in the village. Previously, we had enough power to restrain the other four village but now we are weaker than them, especially the cloud village, they have a perfect jinchuriki not to mention the remaining jinchuriki who have semi control over here tailed beast."
"Oh, and what would happen if your new method caused the tailed beast to runaway. Are you going to sacrifice yourself to seal him again like the fourth hokage . But even that wouldn't work because we have no other members from the Uzumaki clan. So how do you plan to control him, Danzo "
Danzo looked at Hiruzen and wanted to say with the mangekyo sharingan that he have, but he knows that admitting something like that would cause him to be charged with killing Kagami. He also knows that although Hiruzen may be suspicious of him and that's why he always meet him with huyga clan member near him to know if he was controlled by Kagami eyes or not but he didn't want to face him as he also benefited from Kagami's death. But you also can't keep quiet about a betrayal because of this kind of thing comes out to light, it would cause a massive backlash so they both kept quiet about it.
After reaching an impass, Hiruzen said after saying his friend keeping quiet.
"Okay, forget about the jinchuriki situation, you should focus on the cloud ninja situation. The war ended and in a few days they will come to sign a peace agreement. So make sure nothing goes wrong."
Danzo said " you will regret ,Hiruzen."
Hiruzen replied.
"Danzo, I'm the Hokage."
