The spirit coalesced, the glowing ether weaving together the features of a gentle woman with kind eyes and a warm, maternal smile. It was Jun. His mother.
For one heartbeat, there was only paralyzing shock.
Then, the shock mutated.
Jin's mind snapped to the consequence , the dead are suppose to be dead they are not meant to be reincarnated until it was done by some really powerfull person and valrie wasn't that strong . she must have called his mother soul here .
In jin mind harry potter 2 deathly hollow story played where if one person is kept overtime they loose their characterstic and personality and become ghoul .
She brought my mother here. She bound my mother's soul.
The air pressure plummeted. The temperature on the highway dropped twenty degrees in a millisecond.
Valerie's breath caught in her throat. Her body seized in absolute, primal panic. The man standing ten feet away was no longer looking at her with favorability but with hosility . suffocating, white-hot aura of Touki erupted from Jin's skin, distorting the air around him. His crimson eyes, the Sharingan spinning wildly, locked onto Valerie with a murderous, unadulterated bloodlust that tasted like copper on the back of her tongue.
He took a step. The asphalt cracked beneath his boot. He was going to tear her head off.
"Stop, son."
The voice was soft. It carried no magic, no Touki, no overwhelming force. It was simply the gentle, chiding tone of a mother catching her child misbehaving.
Jin froze.
The white aura shattered like glass. His foot, raised to launch him forward, slowly lowered back to the ground. His eyes darted from Valerie to the glowing spirit.
"I told her I wanted to talk to you," Jun said, her spectral voice drifting on the morning breeze.
Jin's stance broke entirely. His shoulders slumped, the apex predator replaced instantly by a confused, disoriented boy. He looked at Valerie, who was trembling, clutching the Graal to her chest, then back to the ghost.
"But... how did you contact her?" Jin stammered, his voice rough.
"Well, she contacted me, actually," Jun smiled warmly, floating inches above the wet road. "During her little investigation into you. Now, don't get angry. I know you are sensitive, and you want me to be resting peacefully. But you need to listen to what i have to say."
Jin swallowed hard, the murderous intent draining completely away.
"She has done nothing wrong, my sweet boy," Jun continued, her translucent eyes turning to Valerie with gentle gratitude. "In fact, I would be very happy if you kept protecting her. She a sweet girl who need all the help she can get and deserve all the happiness ."
Jin bowed his head reflexively. "Yes, mother."
But as he looked at the glowing apparition of the woman who had raised him, a new, much darker terror began to claw its way up his throat.
Does she know?
His breathing hitched. His chest tightened as if wrapped in iron bands. He wasn't her son. Not really. He was a transmigrator—a foreign soul that had fused with her real son's. He had lived his life in this world performing rying to close the gap between two soul where both have impacted him he is her son and not at the same time.
A full-blown panic attack slammed into him. His hands shook. She's a spirit now. But what if She knows I'm an imposter. She's going to look at me with disgust—
"Jin."
Jun drifted closer. She raised her glowing, ethereal hands and cupped his cheeks.
Jin squeezed his eyes shut, bracing for the rejection. He couldn't feel physical pressure, but a strange sensation washed over his skin—a warmth that felt like morning sunlight, mixed with the chilling breeze of the afterlife.
"My baby," Jun whispered, her thumbs gently stroking his cheekbones. "I know. I know the situation."
Jin's breath caught. He forced his eyes open, staring into her kind face. There was no disgust. No horror. Only infinite, overflowing love.
"I had a... long talk with him, A." Jun said softly, a knowing smile touching her lips.. "I am aware of what happened there. I know the truth ."
"You are still my baby," Jun said, her voice fiercely protective, echoing with the absolute certainty only a mother possesses. "And you will always be my baby."
Tears, hot and unbidden, spiked in Jin's eyes.
Jin was happy to hear those word from his mother but there still a doubt inside his mind .
He let out a shuddering breath, his voice trembling. "But... but what about all the people I killed? The things I've done? Mother, I'm... I'm a monster. Don't you feel anger?"
Jun let out a soft, melancholic laugh. She pulled back slightly, looking at his scarred face. "Oh, Jin. I could never be angry with you for surviving. Besides..." Her expression turned wry, a hint of dark amusement dancing in her ghostly eyes. "Well, you do have your father's side in you."
Jin blinked, utterly thrown by the statement. His tears stalled. "What? What do you mean my father's side?"
Who was his father? for her say this sentence. She had never spoken of him.
Jun simply smiled, the edges of her form beginning to fray into the morning mist. The Graal's power was reaching its limit.
She leaned in and pressed her spectral lips to his cheek. It felt like a snowflake landing on his skin.
Jin close his eyes , contemplating something and open them there a striking new pattern in them . The mangekyou sharingan .
Jin " Mother i wish you never come back to living world otherwise i will not be able to do thing i intend to do ."
Jun " Now don't be so coldhearted . Now i can see my son and talk to him whenever i want ."
Jin looking at jun " No mother i am greatfull for you raising me and clearing my mind of any remaining guilt but i have already decided . You being here would weaken me and intend to follow through my plan till the end ."
Jun " well i understand but you do know if you forsake your anger you could be free from your chains and i am telling you , there no problem trying to live life ."
Jin " Mother i have already made my mind ."
Jin then turn to look at valrie ," valrie ."
" Ara~ is my son entering the rebellious phase . well what else can i say." .Jun whispered, her voice growing distant. "Remember, son... your mother will always be on your side. No matter what. You have tried so hard to be my 'good boy.' You don't have to pretend anymore."
Her form began to dissipate, scattering into golden motes of light that danced in the wind.
"Just be yourself, Jin," her voice echoed, fading into the rustling of the pine trees. "Live life to the fullest. And do it with your heart."
The light vanished. The mist cleared.
The highway was silent, save for the distant chirping of morning birds.
Jin stood there for a long time, staring at the empty space where she had been. He raised a hand, pressing it against the cheek she had kissed. A single tear escaped, cutting a clean track through the ash and dried blood on his face, dropping onto the asphalt.
He took a slow, deep breath, letting the crisp morning air fill his lungs.
He gathered himself, fully intending to kill the boy.
When he finally turned around, his eyes were clear, sharp, and resolute.
Valerie was standing by the car, looking at him with wide, uncertain eyes, the Graal unsummoned. She looked like she expected him to yell at her.
Jin walked over and picked up his heavy canvas bag. He looked down at the pale Dhampir princess.
"I am thankful to you," Jin said, his voice quiet, stripped of all its former hostility. "For giving me that. For doing what she asked."
Valerie exhaled, a small, tentative smile touching her lips. "You're welcome."
Jin hoisted the bag over his shoulder. He looked at her, his expression hardening into dead seriousness.
"But," Jin added, his tone leaving absolutely no room for negotiation. "Never do it again."
Valerie nodded quickly, understanding the boundary.
Jin turned his gaze down the long, winding road ahead of them, stepping out of the shadows of Rome and into the morning sun.
And he see a figure approaching .
