Ashara Royal Estate, 1509

As Rhaenys and the traveling party approach the Ashara Royal Estate, they marvel at its grandeur. The sprawling grounds are meticulously landscaped, showcasing vibrant flowers and towering trees. The estate itself is a stunning blend of classic architecture and modern elegance. Each window reflects the sunlight, creating a dazzling display that draws Rhaneys closer.

"Wow, this is so beautiful," Rhaenys exclaims, her eyes wide with awe. The air is filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, heightening the enchanting atmosphere.

"I entirely agree, Rhaenys," Arthur replies, smiling at his daughter. "The beauty of the Ashara Royal Estate is truly breathtaking." As they step onto the grounds, Arthur adds, "Look at how the flowers complement the architecture."

"It's like a scene from a fairytale," Rhaenys responds, captivated by the surroundings.

Arthur nods, his gaze sweeping over the vibrant colors and delicate petals. "Every corner of this estate has a story to tell," he muses, inviting Rhaenys to explore further.

"Father," Rhaenys asks, curiosity sparkling in her eyes, "when was the last time you were here?"

Arthur smiles warmly and replies, "The last time I was here was about five years ago. We were here to celebrate Mahfiruze's father's birthday.

The memories flood back as he recalls the laughter and joy that filled the air. "It was a grand affair," he continues, "with music, dancing, and feasting under the stars."

Rhaenys leans in closer, eager to hear more. "Did you dance with anyone special?" she inquires, her imagination already painting vivid pictures of the festivities.

A wistful smile spreads across his face as he nods. "Yes, I danced with my wife, Mahfiruze, that night. It felt like the world faded away, and all that mattered was the rhythm of the music and her laughter beside me."

His voice softens as he recalls the moment, the warmth of her hand in his bringing a sense of nostalgia. "We spun around until we were breathless, lost in a sea of joy and celebration, and for a fleeting moment, nothing else existed but our connection."

"Wow, that's incredible!" Rhaenys exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with admiration.

She could almost picture the scene, feeling the joy of that unforgettable night. The way her father spoke brought the memory to life, filling the air with warmth and love. "I wish I could have seen it and been there," she added, a hint of longing in her voice.

Her father smiled gently, sensing her desire. "One day, we will create our own memories just like that, filled with laughter and love," he promised, his voice full of hope. Rhaenys nodded, a smile spreading across her face as she envisioned the adventures that awaited them.

Then the traveling party and their horses came to a complete stop in front of the estate steps.

The royal steward stepped forward to greet the traveling party, his demeanor warm and inviting. "Welcome to Ashara Estate," he announced, gesturing for them to dismount.

Rhaenys's excitement bubbled as she exchanged glances with her father, who nodded encouragingly. The atmosphere buzzed with anticipation for the new memories they would create together.

As they dismounted, the scent of blooming flowers wafted through the air, mingling with the sounds of laughter and chatter from within the estate.

Arthur stepped forward, a grateful smile on his face. "Thank you for your warm welcome, Royal Steward," he said sincerely.

The steward nodded appreciatively, pleased to see the travelers at ease.

Rhaenys beamed, her excitement palpable as they took in the beauty of the estate.

"We are eager to enjoy our time here," Arthur added, glancing at his daughter.

The steward gestured for them to follow him, leading them into the heart of Ashara Estate.

As they walked, the vibrant colors of the flowers and the joyful atmosphere enveloped them, promising an unforgettable experience.

Rhaenys exclaimed, "Wow, this is beautiful!" as they looked around the inside of the estate.

The parlor was adorned with rich tapestries and elegant furnishings that spoke of the estate's long history.

Just then, a maid entered the room and bowed respectfully to King Arthur and Princess Rhaenys.

She carried a silver tray with refreshments, her demeanor calm and graceful, fitting the grandeur of the estate.

"Your Majesties, welcome to Ashara Estate," she said warmly, her voice soft yet clear.

The princess smiled, her eyes sparkling with excitement as she admired the elegant surroundings.

"Thank you," Arthur replied, gesturing for her to set the tray down. The maid complied, her movements fluid, adding to the enchanting atmosphere of the parlor.

The maid says that Arthur's wife, Queen Mahfiruze, will be down in a few.

As if on cue, the sound of soft footsteps echoed from the grand staircase. Moments later, Queen Mahfiruze, Arthus's wife, appeared, adorned in a gown that shimmered like the stars, her presence commanding yet inviting. "I hope I haven't kept you waiting," she said, her smile radiating warmth that filled the room.

Arthur replied, "Of course not, my beautiful wife. How are you? Are you well?"

"I am well, thank you," she replied, her eyes sparkling with a hint of mischief. "I was just finishing up a few matters in the kitchen."

Her playful grin suggested there was more to her tasks than mere cooking, hinting at a surprise she was eager to share. "What have you been concocting this time?" Arthur asked, his interest increasing as he leaned closer, eager to uncover the secrets of her culinary creations.

She leaned in slightly, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "Let's just say it involves a dash of adventure and a sprinkle of something unexpected." Arthur's interest flared even further; he couldn't help but wonder what delightful surprise awaited him.

Rhaenys made a coughing sound, gaining everyone's attention.

Arthur holds out a hand to his fourteen-year-old daughter and says, "Rhaenys, there's someone that I want to introduce to you." With a proud smile, he continues, "May I introduce you to my wife, Queen Mahfiruze Pendragon? Mahfiruze, my love, may I introduce to you my daughter, Princess Rhaenys?"

The queen stepped forward, her eyes sparkling with warmth as she knelt to greet her daughter. "It is a pleasure to finally meet you, Rhaenys," she said, her voice gentle.

Rhaenys felt her heart swell with a mix of excitement and nervousness. "It's an honor to meet you too, Queen Mahfiruze," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

Mahfiruze smiles and says, "Please, the honor is mine." Wow, you're beautiful. Last time I saw you. You were inside your mother's womb."

"Now look at you, all grown up," Mahfiruze continued, her eyes twinkling with pride. Rhaenys couldn't help but blush, feeling a sense of connection that transcended time and distance, as if their souls had been intertwined long before this moment.

"Well, I am fourteen after all," Rhaenys added with a shy smile.

Arthur then says, "Why don't we go and get some rest before dinner?"

Rhaenys nodded, her heart still warm from Mahfiruze's words. "That sounds like a great idea," she replied, glancing at the setting sun outside, its golden rays spilling into the room, promising a peaceful evening ahead.

Everyone nodded their heads in agreement.

Mahfiruze says, "Why don't I show you to your bed chambers, Rhaenys?"

Rhaenys felt a flutter of excitement at the thought of exploring her new surroundings. "I'd love that," she replied, following Mahfiruze as they left the room, the anticipation of an evening filled with warmth and laughter guiding her steps.

Then everyone ascended the steps and made their way towards their living quarters.
