Chapter 33
-W-what the heck is up with you? What did you just do?
-It’s fine since the lock isn’t damaged, right?
I calmly pointed out the condition of the lock to the flustered bully.
-Are you crazy…?
-Kids, what’s going on?
At that moment, our homeroom teacher entered the classroom, and the bully yelled as she trembled while staring at me.
-Teacher! I know who the thief in our classroom was! The one that stole the money for the field trip that the class president collected, and our cell phones and bags! It was her!
The girl pointed at me as she spoke, her tone dripping with resentment, while other classmates remained silent. The bully knew very well that she was responsible for the incidents she just described… and yet, much to my amusement, she was trying to frame me.
The truth… was so easily manipulated. After witnessing me unlock a lock so swiftly in front of their faces, there was naturally no one who would stand up for me.
