Rank 3 (Level 22): You can call in favors from old "debts": once per 10 in-game days, summon a griffon mercenary for free. (Mercenary despawns on death and is loyal)
Rank 4 (Level 34): You gain Gilded Legacy: Once per week, A random hidden vault cache appears on your map. Summoned mercenaries will come with their own gear and will never run out of ammo for their weapons. You become a respected and close friend of the griffon species. (X)
Forest Sovereign
As ruler of Thicket, you draw strength from nature itself and lead with ancient wisdom.
Rank 1: Regenerate Mana and AP 25% faster when standing on natural ground or near plant life.
Rank 2 (Level 16): Forest-dwelling creatures are no longer hostile and may randomly come to your aid.

Rank 3 (Level 10): Singing can charm those around you making them unwilling to harm you and will also increase the odds of them paying the user for singing.
Rank 4 (Level 15): You are the perfect musician: You cannot fail or mess up during performances and you always know the perfect pitch and tone needed when singing. (X)
Titan's Mercy
Your rage is a storm barely contained. When unleashed, you become an unstoppable force, a ferocious guardian.
Rank 1: Taking damage builds Rage (up to 100%). At full Rage, melee attacks deal +200% damage. (Can be built with natural feeling of anger and rage)
Rank 2 (Level 50): Unlock Berserk Form: consume all Rage to transform into a monstrous state, increasing health and melee damage massively. (Lasts until rage fades)
Rank 3 (Level 55): While transformed, you regenerate health and become immune to stagger.
Rank 4 (Level 60): Once per day, activate Infinite Rage: transform for 30 seconds. Deal splash damage on punches and kicks, immune to bullets/projectiles, and Strength is quadrupled. (X)
Tidebreaker's Will
You reign beneath the waves and above them. Your rule is steady, regal, and unshaken, like the ocean itself.
Rank 1: Gain +30% resistance to elemental damage (ice, water, shock).
Rank 2 (Level 16): You can now Flowshift, granting temporary waterform movement (can pass through narrow gaps, flow across water surfaces).

Rank 3 (Level 63): You are now the perfect tracker. You can now activate Hunting Mode, which allows you to see the trails left by others and easily identify what made them. It also allows you to track scent trails and find hidden objects. (Increases Perception Stat by 3 times when in use, but the boost doesn't work in Combat)
Rank 4 (Level 74): Once per day, activate Wolf Mode: Time slows, you gain quadruple jump distance, and silent movement. Every kill increases the duration of the ability by 2 seconds. (X)

Rank 4 (Level 60): Once per day, activate Nightmare Sovereign: For 25 seconds, you enter the dream realm, enemies slow, lose senses, and see illusions. You become ethereal, deal bonus damage, and can pass through obstacles. (X)
Endless Winter

Rank 1 (Level 58): Enemies affected by fear, debuffs, or morale loss take +30% cold damage and slow down by 40%.
Rank 2 (Level 69): Your frost spells now do +50% damage. You and your allies are immune to Cold, Frost, and Necrotic Damage.
Rank 3 (Level 70): You can restore HP, AP, and MP by feeding off negative emotions around you.
Rank 4 (Level 78): Once per day, activate Glacial Cataclysm: summon the full might of a Windigo Winter. A blizzard rages, and enemies inside are frozen and take cold damage over time. Allies inside gain +50% movement speed and regenerate health rapidly. (X)
Master Builder
Better than the Oregon Trail!
Rank 1 (Level 75): Each of your settlements have a 50% chance to generate random junk/item per day.
Rank 2 (Level 80): Your Settlers/Followers now have +2 to all SPECIAL stats, immunity to status effects, and any loot dropped by them will automatically enter the Workshop Inventory to prevent looting by the enemy.
Rank 3 (Level 85): You can now build or update settlements from anywhere using the Settlement Management System via a Pipboy or Terminal. (only works within the same Universe) (Also allows access to all Workshop inventories with previous rules).
Rank 4 (Level 90): You can now create New Workshops that can create new System Reconized Settlements. (X)
Operational Security
Spycraft can be the thing that makes or breaks an operation. Thus, we must always be 10 steps ahead of our foes.
Rank 1 (Level 75): Your communications and devices are nearly impossible to crack thanks to highly advanced encryption protocols (also applies to all physical locks).
Rank 2 (Level 80): Any non-allies using Cloaking Technology will fail once entering your territory. Friendly/Allies Claoking Technology is 300% stronger and less likely to fail (applies to ships and devices)
Rank 3 (Level 85): Friendly/Allies infiltration abilities are 100% better and are more likely to remain without detection for longer. All allies and faction members become 100% better in decryption and have an easier time learning how to do it.
Rank 4 (Level 90): Counter Espionage, Crime Prevention, and Law Enforcement are 200% more effective. Enemy infiltrations are 100% harder to succeed in.
Rank 5 (Level 95): You and your allies will never leave debris or items behind when killed or defeated. Anything taken from your faction or its allies is impossible to reverse engineer. Your technology cannot be replicated in any other way than natural progression. (X)
Temporal Whiplash
You're faster than thought. Time folds around you, and every second is a weapon in your hooves.
Rank 1 (Level 53): +50% sprint/movement speed and attack speed. Your V.A.T.S. costs 50% less AP.
Rank 2 (Level 64): Gain Flashstep: Instantly dodge any lethal attack at the cost of all AP.
Rank 3 (Level 76): You're immune to time-based effects (slow, freeze, suppression) and gain 2x crit charge.
Rank 4 (Level 85): Once per day, activate Chrono Collapse: Freeze time* for 10 seconds. You can move, attack, and loot freely while enemies are frozen. (*You move at infinite speed for ten seconds, but don't have the downsides of moving that fast, nor do you get increased damage for moving so fast. Damage is applied once you resume normal speed.) Dark Dominion
You are a tyrant of fear and magic. The Shadows serve you.
Rank 1 (Level 70): Dark magic deals +20% damage. You become immune to fear and intimidation effects.
Rank 2 (Level 77): You can summon Obsidian Pillars that block movement and explode on destruction.
Rank 3 (Level 82): Enemies below 25% health are slowed and take +25% spell damage.
Rank 4 (Level 90): You can shift into a shadow form that allows movement through small spaces and makes the player nearly undetectable. (X)
Control the Curriculum

Rank 1 (Level 24): Gain +25% effectiveness in Persuasion and Intimidation against intelligent or educated characters.
Rank 2 (Level 36): You can suppress magical effects in a small radius for 10 seconds (cooldown 60s).
Rank 3 (Level 48): Allies/followers gain +25% accuracy and critical chance.
Rank 4 (Level 60): Once per day, activate Academic Authority: pause combat for a split second to grade all enemies; they suffer penalties based on their intelligence while you gain buffs based on your own. (X)
Forget-Me-Not
You control memory and erase mistakes. Maybe not even you remember who you are.
Rank 1 (Level 60): You are 25% harder to detect while sneaking.
Rank 2 (Level 70): You can erase enemy awareness: enemies lose track of you 25% faster after combat ends.
Rank 3 (Level 80): Critical sneak attacks cause enemies to forget the last 10 seconds and enter a confused state.
Rank 4 (Level 88): Once per day, activate Total Rewind: erase the last 30 seconds of combat for enemies: resetting their consciousness*, removing alert status, and restoring your stealth. (resetting their consciousness in this case means their memories are altered. It also means that their perception is altered to make sense of the new scenario. Like if they used ammo, then a memory would be fabricated to make sense of this fact.) (X)
Magic Barrier
You don't need power armor when you have the will to shield your friends.
Rank 1 (Level 36): You can cast a magic barrier that blocks damage for 5 seconds. 60-second cooldown.
Rank 2 (Level 44): Allies within 10 meters gain +25% resistance to damage.
Rank 3 (Level 52): Your spell casting time is reduced by 50%.
Rank 4 (Level 60): You may now maintain the barrier indefinitely while standing still. Movement breaks it.
Element of Loyalty
You'd never leave a friend behind, not now, not ever.
Rank 1 (Level 10): While within 10 meters of a companion, you gain +10% spell damage and 10% less damage taken.
Rank 2 (Level 20): If your companion falls in combat, your spell damage increases by 20% until they recover.
Rank 3 (Level 30): Reviving a companion instantly restores your mana to full.
Rank 4 (Level 40): Dodging an attack gives you +15% damage for 5 seconds. After blocking or avoiding a hit, your next attack is guaranteed to crit.
Rank 5 (Level 50): Gain +50% movement speed and +20% critical hit chance while in combat.
Rank 6 (Level 60): Once per day, you may leap to a companion and become invulnerable and do +60% damage for 6 seconds while shielding them. Your companion cannot take damage either, and they can enter last stand, which gives two explosive M1911s with unlimited ammo. (X)

Rank 1 (Level 10): Allies within 10 meters gain +10% health regeneration.
Rank 2 (Level 20): Consumables are twice as effective for your allies but not yourself.

Rank 4 (Level 40): Donated gear grants companions +40% effectiveness and becomes weightless.
Rank 5 (Level 50): Any time you buff or heal another character, you gain 50% of that effect yourself.
Rank 6 (Level 60): Once per day, sacrifice 50% of your current health to fully heal all allies and boost their defense by 25% for 1 minute, also creates an illusory field of lotus blossoms that confuse enemies. (X)

Rank 1 (Level 10): Enemies affected by your crowd control effects are 15% more likely to stumble or fumble.
Rank 2 (Level 20): Critical hits cause a burst of laughter, disorienting nearby enemies and reducing their accuracy for 6 seconds.
Rank 3 (Level 30): Your inspirational presence grants companions +25% crit damage.
Rank 4 (Level 40): Allies within 15 meters gain +25% defense when you're at full health.

Rank 2 (Level 20): When fighting near companions, your healing spells restore +20% more, and protection spells you cast are 20% stronger.
Rank 3 (Level 30): Healing and shield spells are now 30% stronger on wounded allies. Nearby friendly NPCs are immune to fear effects.
Rank 4 (Level 40): You take 40% less melee damage.
Rank 5 (Level 50): You now absorb 10% of damage dealt to allies and convert it into mana, and your mana recharges 50% faster.
Rank 6 (Level 60): Once per day, auto-revive with full health and full mana if killed while casting a healing or protection spell. (X)
Lunar Veil
You walk the Wasteland's dreams and nightmares. You protect the sleeping and haunt the wicked.
Rank 1 (Level 60): Dreamwalking is much easier. Stopping Nightmares rewards xp.
Rank 2 (Level 70): Night spells and stealth spells are twice as effective in darkness.
Rank 3 (Level 80): While standing still or sneaking in darkness, you are undetectable to enemies.
Rank 4 (Level 90): Summon a Lunar Shade, a shadow double that mirrors your actions for 1 minute.
Rank 5 (Level 100): Activate Nightmare Eclipse: time slows, enemies panic, and you gain invisibility and free casting for 15 seconds. (X)
Sol Invictus
You embody the radiant light that once ruled the sky. You bring hope and fury in equal measure.
Rank 1 (Level 60): All Light-based spells deal +50% damage and ignore resistances.
Rank 2 (Level 70): Allies within your line of sight regenerate all stats 25% faster.
Rank 3 (Level 80): You passively regenerate health and mana 2x faster while in sunlight or bright areas.
Rank 4 (Level 90): You are favored by the sun. Basking in the Sun can lead to long-term benefits.

Rank 1 (Level 60): Buff spells affect all allies within 20 meters, and self-buff spells now affect companions as well.

Rank 3 (Level 80): You can now link two companions with Soulbind, sharing buffs and resistances.
Rank 4 (Level 90): Allies regenerate 1% HP per second in your presence (20 meter range).

Rank 2 (Level 36): Your reflexes sharpen. Gain +50% accuracy with mounted vehicle weapons, and vehicles now regenerate minor hull damage over time while idle.
Rank 3 (Level 44): You can pull off impossible maneuvers. Vehicle speed increased by 50%. Mounted weapon damage +35%.
Rank 4 (Level 50): You are death from above (or below). Once per day, activate Tactical Evasion, slowing time for 10 seconds while piloting to avoid fatal hits. All vehicle damage taken reduced by 95% during this window. (X)
Lord Of The Fleet
You don't pilot ships, you command them. From CIC to gun deck, every station runs like a symphony under your leadership.
Rank 1 (Level 50): Gain +20% efficiency across ship systems: weapons, engines, shields. Crew morale provides passive regeneration to hull (0.1%/sec) when not under fire.
Rank 2 (Level 60): You gain access to Battle Meditation: Once per battle, all ships in a fleet operate as one; effectiveness is boosted by 600% for one minute.
Rank 3 (Level 70): System failures from damage are reduced by 75%, Crew react 50% faster to emergencies, +50% Shield recharge rate.
Rank 4 (Level 75): Can now use Emergency Jump: Once per battle, warp your ship a short distance to escape fatal damage.

Rank 1 (Level 50): Enemies suffer -10% accuracy and -15% damage for the first 10 seconds of any engagement. Your own attacks during that window deal +15% damage. All enemy reinforcements arrive 50% slower.
Rank 2 (Level 60): Bonus damage against previously fought enemies (+25% vs. any enemy type you've killed at least once before). Capital ships or squads you command gain +35% to all stats while under your direct command.
Rank 3 (Level 75): You gain Battlefield Control: Once per encounter, activate Flawless Execution: for 15 seconds, all allied attacks are critical hits, and enemies cannot use defensive abilities or retreat. (X)
