As the school bell rang, the lunch time was over and teacher came started his lecture.
After that school went normally and just like that my first day in school ended without me realizing about my feeling.
As i was going out of the school gate, yuki yoshikawa suddenly approached me and said "hey ayanami-kun thank you for the lunch today" she said while being grateful.
And her cheerfull personality kicked in and said "cook for me more, alright?" And left.
I watched her departing figure with loss for words.
I couldn't say anything and was shocked about what she said, after a while of me being statue i said with a small smile and a blush "yes, i definitely will".
I started walking towards my home and in the way i met hori.
And we walked to our own home, while on the way she asked the question she had in her mind for the whole time.
"Hey, ayanami-kun do you have a crush on yuki?, she asked while looking curious.
I.. i didn't know what to say, i felt puzzled and said "i... don't know about it" while sweating.
She said "well it looked like you fell head over heals for her in a first glace" while looking at me with a bit of mischief.
I said "hey cut it out" with a slight blush on my face "it's not like that" i said "and even if it was then i can only imagine her liking me" i thought of how she talking with that purple hair toru guy.
Hori said " ohh? So you DO like her huh?"
I just stayed silent with a blush until we reached home.
