[Training Field – Area 5]
I left the classroom a little later than the others... My slow steps echoed on the stone floor as I followed the corridor, dimly lit by mana lamps. As the teacher had instructed, I headed for the fifth training ground.
Unlike the previous fields, this one did not resemble a simple courtyard or a closed room, but rather a coliseum. Its structure was composed of large, tall, solid grey stone walls surrounding the circular area; above, empty stands rose as if awaiting the arrival of an invisible audience. The atmosphere reminded me of certain events in that other world, events featuring warriors and gladiators fighting to the death.
